El desayuno y la ubicación

Cons:

Decepcionante experiencia. El hotel es muy antiguo, las instalaciones están bastante desactualizadas y la relación calidad-precio es pésima para lo que ofrecen. Por el precio que cobran, uno espera un servicio y unas instalaciones acordes, pero no fue el caso. Lo peor fue la atención, especialmente por parte del personal de recepción, con un trato poco amable y una atención muy deficiente. Sin duda, hay mejores opciones en Rosario por ese precio. No lo recomendaría ni volvería a alojarme aquí.

Hotel muy bueno cumplio las expectativas
Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno, variado para todos los gustos, fuimos el finde mucha gente y siempre hubo cantidad de sobra para todo, reponinan continuamente. Ubicacion muy buena. Cama excelente, lo unico que no pudimos acceder a la cochera tuvimos que reservar en otro lado. Habitacion super amplia, limpia, el hidromasaje 10 puntos.

Cons:

Estacionamiento hubiera preferido tenerlo cerca ya que vamos con un niño. estamos en la habitacion pegada al asensor, se escucha bastante cuando pasa gente.

La ubicación excelente

Cons:

La habitación en la que estuvimos, 711, estaba un poco falta de mantenimiento (no era la de las fotos publicadas). El baño presentaba perdidas de agua (inodoro, bacha), y canilla que se salía. Los vidrios de la ventana tenían mucho movimiento. Faltaba algún mueble para apoyar las valijas y una mesita de luz. Tener en cuanta que hay un solo enchufe en la habitación y muy alejado de las camas (nobleza obliga, solicite una “zapatilla” y me la dieron).

El tamaño de la habitación

Cons:

No tenía agua fría en la ducha.
No había más lugar en la cochera y nos llevó 30 minutos encontrar un estacionamiento, ya que estaban todos cerrados y los domingos no trabajan. El empleado de recepción no se molestó en indicarnos cuál estaba abierto, para evitarnos dar tantas vueltas por la ciudad.
