Cleanliness
9
Consistently praised across reviews: 'propreté', 'très propre', 'pulito' and 'chambres propres' indicate strong cleanliness standards.
Service
8.8
Many mentions of friendly, professional staff and helpful reception; one isolated complaint about a towel policy (later resolved) slightly lowers the score.
Location
8
Generally convenient for Cuneo (few minutes by car) and practical placement, though some guests noted it can be a long walk (~30 min) or close to a main road causing limited window opening.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as spacious, well-equipped with large comfortable mattresses and large bathrooms — overall positive room quality.
Amenities
7.8
Good parking, vending machines and garage option; limited in-room entertainment (absence of French TV channels) and no sun protection for parked cars were noted as downsides.
Value for Money
8.9
Multiple explicit comments of 'bon rapport qualité/prix' and 'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo' indicate strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast repeatedly described as 'copieux', 'très varié', 'ottima colazione' with gluten-free options available — widely praised.
Overall Experience
8.8
Many guests recommend the hotel, return willingly and highlight positives (staff, breakfast, parking, cleanliness), giving a strong overall experience despite a few minor issues.

Cons:

We were told walking into town was ok The road was not suitable in the evening. Whilst the bridge section had lights the other part was not well lit and was busy .

Pros:
