Amazing staff. The room could've been much much better thought out.

All of the staff were excellent from the front check-in to the Bellman

Cons:

The air conditioning system is one that you choose a temperature and it cools to get down to that temperature and it heats to get up to that temperature which means that the air conditioning is constantly blowing on you or the heat and there's no way to turn that off, which meant that since we were on the ninth floor, the heat rose, and even with the window cracked it was a very uncomfortable sleeping situation

Excellent hotel in a great location with beautiful rooms and an attentive, kind staff!
Pros:

Stunning location and beautiful hotel with every thought to comfort. The rooms were big with every amenity. Loved the restaurant right downstairs for breakfasts that were delicious. The staff couldn't be nicer! Loved it!

Nothing! It was excellent.

Great location for visiting our kid at Emerson College and seeing Boston
Pros:

Very convenient location. Tiny but comfortable and very clean room. Great pillows.
Marvelous breakfast. Best blueberry pancakes I’ve ever had, and I’ve made a study of blueberry pancakes

Cons:

I thought the mattress was too hard. My wife, however, said it was heavenly. Guess we won’t be sleeping together in the afterlife;-)
