Great Hotel perfect location
Pros:

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect

Cons:

There was a slight issue with the air, but the front desk manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Ill definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

Great stay for one night while attending my nephew's graduation from NE. Comfy bed and everything was as expected. Good breakfast at the Berkeley. Great location near Newbury st close to shopping and dining.

Hotel provided a microwave upon request. Staff was very accommodating in providing additional toiletries, pillows, etc. Bed was comfortable. Room had a fresh feel. Great location.

Cons:

Only one side of the bed had a side table.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko centrum. Miły i bardzo pomocny Personel. Dla osób podróżujących samochodem możliwość skorzystania z parkingu publicznego 5 min. pieszo od hotelu.

Cons:

Trochę szkoda, że hotel nie oferuje śniadania.

Fui muito bem atendido!
Pros:

Localização excelente. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos.

Cons:

O chuveiro é fraco, sai pouca água. Não gostei muito do colchão. Mas, são pequenos detalhes perto da excelente experiência que tivemos. Voltaria no hotel, com certeza!
