First Time in Boston
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel AKA Back Bay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout my visit. They made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was straightforward and well maintained.
The location was conveniently close to everything I wanted to see and do. I found Boston to be a very walkable city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location.

Perfect location, service and stay!
Pros:

I spent a few days at AKA Back Bay, and the experience was genuinely exceptional. The location is undeniable. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are well‑appointed, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean.

The bathroom was stunning, with modern finishes that made the space feel luxurious. Service throughout my stay was incredible; every interaction felt warm, attentive, and effortless.

I also loved relaxing in the restaurant and watching the World Cup games, great atmosphere, great energy.

Overall, a refined, comfortable stay in one of Boston’s best neighborhoods. I’d absolutely return.

Great location and lovely room on the 8th floor
Pros:

The location was fabulous. Right in the heart of the Back Bay Area and yet still close to Downtown and to the river. Great bar, restaurant and shopping offers close by. The hotel facilities are good with a great breakfast menu and bar area. The room itself was very comfortable with a well appointed bathroom which makes all the difference. The bed was super comfy.

Cons:

The first room we were in, Room 207 was not good, looking out over a flat roof with an extractor on it. On complaining we were immediately moved to a better room on the 8th floor which was perfect.

Great stay in Back Bay
Pros:

Well appointed rooms, loved the bathroom design especially. Great restaurant in the hotel as well. Love the location and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—think I found my new favorite Boston hotel!
