A Wonderful Surprise in Back Bay

I've been traveling all summer and have stayed at more than six different hotels across the United States, including Hyatt and Marriott properties. Hotel AKA Back Bay was one of the most pleasant surprises of the trip.

The front desk team, especially the ladies at the front desk, were absolutely amazing. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The room is on the smaller side, but it's thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. What impressed me most was the quality of the bedding. The bed, pillows, and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had during this entire summer of traveling.

Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Boston.

Beautiful, convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful property in an incredible location close to the train. Restaurants nearby and Newbury street just a few blocks away. Room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bed and modern bathroom.

Cons:

A bit pricey.

The immune booster drink I ordered to go from restaurant was horrible - tasted like pure ginger, and only 1/2 full ice-filled plastic cup. Menu looked good but overpriced (even w $15 off, because 2 of us in one room) since other more reasonable options nearby for breakfast.

Room was very quiet bed was comfortable location was within easy walking distance to Boston Common. All staff that I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. Even gave me an emergency boost for my phone when it died as my ride share was arriving
