Pros:

Location is good, easy to get to. Parking right across the street. It is next to a hospital, so it may be noisy with hospital traffic from time to time.

Cons:

Some of the room items need to be repaired - leaky tub/shower faucet, bathroom outlet no properly working.

Pros:

I like the breakfast, the size of the bed and the mattress was good enough considering how low maintenance the hotel has.

Cons:

I absolutely dislike the pool The swimming pool shows significant rust damage, and I chose not to use it due to concerns about potential infection or injury.
The night shift at the front desk was not polite and made no effort to understand the question I had. They simply ignored my request

Comfortable and good stay
Pros:

Good location, good food, comfortable beds.

Cons:

There were no small toothpastes in bathroom or handsoap. Only face soap and body lotion.

The location was tough due to the hospital being close by . Otherwise it is actually in a good spot next to all the places I was visiting

Rude staff we asked for water in the reception they said no, we needed to sign up for something else in order to get free water, I stayed 2 nights and they did not clean the room nor make the bed - when I asked they said they forgot and there is no one to help so I have to make my bed...

Disappointing customer service that did not match the Hilton brand experience.
Cons:

The room had a strong damp/moldy smell and poor ventilation. More importantly, the front desk service was very disappointing. We were traveling with a tired child late at night, but the staff was impatient, unhelpful, and forced us to move rooms across different floors. One employee also complained in front of other guests that he could not understand my English, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

It was pretty good
Pros:

It was in a convenient location, breakfast was great, security, comfy beds

Cons:

It wasn’t in the best area but it was really in the middle of everything so it was the perfect spot. Security was also there all the time and you needed a keycard to go anywhere in the hotel. Be aware of sirens constantly going in the area but it really wasn’t that bad if you were tired

Awesome place to stay, friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle is a great idea; it saves on cab fee.
Pros:

Great breakfast. Good spread with variety to choose from. You pick what you want and have time to sit and eat even if you have come towards closing time.

Cons:

The first room we checked in on 3rd floor, but we were changed to 8th floor. The bathroom was sparkling clean plus the pure white linen. Very comfortable bed, I now want to change my mattress back home.

L'hôtel est situé dans une région de Boston assez pauvre de ce que j' ai pu constater. Beaucoup de seringues qui traînent autour et des gens qui parlent seul. Heureusement il y a un agent de sécurité au pourtour de l' hôtel qui dormait dans son camion😁

The room and common areas were clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Location was good.

Cons:

The shower was only handicap accessible, but had a standard shower head that did not work. The water was either freezing or scalding and the removable shower head sprayed directly at your chest. You could either crouch under it or wash your hair with one hand. Less than comfortable! We also had issues with the plumbing. When we notified the front desk they left a plunger in a bucket outside our door...thanks?
