Pros:

The location is sketchy, so we were grateful for the garage to park our car in. The air conditioning was great!

Cons:

There were several hairs all over the bathroom when we checked in. The water pressure was awful. The a/c unit worked really well, however the fan would intermittently turn off, making it very silent and waking us up throughout the night. There was no option to keep the fan on at all times. The refrigerator didn’t cool, which made the items I put in spoil. We didn’t feel safe walking around the hotel- it was a very sketchy neighborhood.

Pros:

The security in the lobby was attentive.

Cons:

The hotel was not conveniently located, somewhat out of the way to most attractions. The area felt a bit secluded at night and not well staffed. Friendly but less professional. There was an issue with our room; had to be issued an new room.
