Cons:

La chica de recepcion fue super desagrabale con nosotros y nos genero estres cuando llegamos porque decia que se habia cancelado nuestra reserva sin revisar bien. El desayuno horrible, no hay huevos revueltos, fiambres, poca variedad de lo que hay, cubiertos todos de plastico. El hotel esta al lado de un hospital asi que se escuchan ambulancias. Y nuestro cuarto estaba al lado del gimnasio asi que cada vez que alguien dejaba pesas nos temblaba el cuarto. La cama blanda. Sin dudas no volvieria

The stay was great. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Great location, very clean, neat, great breakfast. The staff is excellent. And let me tell you, cookies on the counter in the afternoon was an amazing addition

Cons:

The only trouble we had is we were a little confused where the entrance was, we are not locals so it threw us off how tucked in it is and you can hardly see the sign driving by

Pros:

very clean room and public areas. breakfast options were kept well stocked and variety was good.
staff were helpful especially at check out when requesting a taxi.

Cons:

bottom sheet on our king bed did not stay tucked in. minor irritation.

Pros:

The staff at the front desk Caroline was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices.

It was a good stay marred only by Massachuttes Ave.
Pros:

Breakfast was varied and plentiful with lots of sitting space. Generous length of time open each moring. The facilities were always clean. The room was spacious with both a refrigerator and microwave. Location was downtown.

Cons:

It was a good breakfast for an American hotel, but it would be nice to have more fruit and vegetables (e.g., sauted spinach, etc) like Asian hotels. The problem with the location was the walk up Massasachutes Avenue in the evening. The street was full of seemingly homeless people. I would be more inviting if this issue could be addressed.

Pros:

Cleaning staff was very attentive. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I had to pay for parking and that was not listed on the description. I also had to put down 100 per night for incidentals that may occur. Hopefully I will get that back. This also was not advertised.
