Near bunker bay beach

Cons:

The property insisted that I can’t get refund as I checked out a day earlier, I was there for 4 nights and had to shorten my stay to 3 nights as change in travel plan. I had never faced such inflexibility in other hotels in Europe. Booking.com left me to deal with the hotel directly, which I have corresponded with hotel team for a couple of times but to no avail.

Lovely location and staff couldn't do enough for you.
Pros:

Location was beautiful and staff were excellent

Cons:

Rooms a little outdated and not maintained. Pointed out several issues to management on arrival which they attended to immediately so thankyou
There should be a system/checklist whereby staff check all components in rooms prior to making room available
