Cons:

I was charged for the room at check in, but I already paid for the room when I booked it through booking.com. When I pointed out the mistake the girl had to ask a co worker for help. The co-worker was snippy to me. She also yelled at the girl who made the mistake in front of me and gave me a hard time about wanting a printed receipt. She continually said it would be emailed. It was easier for me to show her the mistake if the receipt was printed. After all was said and done she told me it would take time for it to drop off my credit card statement. It only took 3 minutes to charge it, but it has been 4 days and it is still on my statement as a charge. I won't recommend you to any friends for fear they will get ripped off and treated poorly!

Again the staff was great and beds were very comfortable
Pros:

Friendly staff to check in with. Please don’t move this to digital like other hotels. That process is awful and not personal at all.

Cons:

Not a complaint but compared to the entire hotel’s accommodations the shower could use an upgrade.

I thought that the facility was beautiful but I will not stay again.

Very clean, near most stores, highway.

Cons:

I wasn’t updated on the local restaurant’s, DoorDash, uber, or what to do upon leaving ( leave key in drop box, etc), I was charged extra on my credit card and then breakfast was supposed to be included yet, the staff at the Bistro acted as if it was difficult because they had to use the coupon that the check in staff had given me.I felt a complete knowledge deficit.

Not bad but wouldn't go again.
Pros:

We were able to check in late. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered to watch my suitcase and allowed me to eat my own breakfast in the lobby.

Cons:

The shower was decent, but when I took a fresh towel, I found a huge glob of hair in the folds. Additionally, the walls were dirty and the doorknobs were oily! The pillows were BAD.
