Excellent staff! Super friendly! Parking not that great
Pros:

The property and rooms are lovely, but the staff including the parking attendant were excellent. I messed up my booking… Booked it for the day after they were extremely crowded and were so kind while I made adjustments. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Cons:

The only complaint I would have is the parking situation. There was a huge event and I was fortunate to get the last space otherwise I don’t know where I would park.… Also $42 seems a bit excessive when you are a guest.

Overall great value, outside noise is a potential issue, but I would definitely try this hotel again!
Pros:

The location was very convenient. Rooms clean, updated and quite nice

Cons:

It was cinco de mayo weekend so I don’t know if this is always an issue, and not about the property per se, but the cars cruising after MN with music blaring was too much to sleep through!
The windows weren’t soundproof , nor double panels it seems. The trolley bell also got to me at 6am!

Great location and staff. Perfect choice if you need easy access to university
Pros:

great staff, really looked after my son who was staying there visiting his brother at uni

location was great! we were in walking distance to our event! our room was very nice, the bed was very uncomfortable but thats ok. parking was not included unfortunately

Cons:

bed was very uncomfortable, elevators weren't working when we first arrived.
