Great location downtown v close to everything but tucked away so really quiet inside the hotel! The bed was super comfy! I slept so well.

They charge too much for parking. You don’t know until you’ve already made the reservation.
I loved the location—very walkable with good restaurants, parks and the museum nearby. During the night, the area really comes alive with foot and car traffic. Can get a but noisy. The hotel is well maintain. My room and bed was comfortable and clean. Outdoor seating available but it opens to a busy street—easy access to the area.
Although the elevator requires a room key to use, folks were taking the stairs to access room floors—very unsafe. Outdoor seating is easily accessible to the public. I did have a problem with one of the front desk staff. After the concert I was attending, I checked-in for my room key. The desk clerk tells me: he can’t find my booking. After some back and forth with him, I advised him my credit card was charged so… He suddenly found my booking. He also did this with my invited guest—who was also on the room. The guy was a bit of jerk. Didn’t get to try their restaurant cause we were never sure if it was open. Also, no on-sight breakfast options.

Parking fees. A lot of noisy activity at night on First Street with cars, music, people.

Historical building which has been renovated so the rooms and amenities feel modern. Location was phenomenal.
There seemed to be some ongoing renovations. Rooms were smaller but plenty spacious for a couple.
