Comfortable but below expectation for the price point.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable studio, water pressure were lacking but having a spa in the studio was good

Cons:

Paid 4 star price but lack the facilities, especially the breakfast bar was underwhelming, paid good price for it all you get is cereal, yogurt and toast. For the price I could get proper meal in the cafe around town.

Pros:

Pool was excellent. Hotel was nice and friendly. Staff very good breakfast was good for what it was. Room needs a good clean, especially the bathroom. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Pros:

I liked the layout of our rooms. We basically had a 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of four adults.

Cons:

It wasn’t super high end. The furniture in the lobby looked worn.

Pros:

Friendly staff, Very cozy environment, rooms look like described. It has a pool bar.

Cons:

The pools aren’t heated, so make sure you’re aware of it if you book your holiday in wintertimes. No healthy snacks (hot or cold) everything is fried. If you want to eat proper, you will have to go in town. It can be very loud if you have people walking around above your room.

Great location and facilities! Very seamless experiencing from booking to check in to check out!
Pros:

Location was great! Pool and bar were great!

Cons:

The option for daily room servicing would’ve been handy as our towels and bathmat wouldn’t fully dry over night and our bin got very full and ended up getting ants!

Pros:

So much potential. Outside is maintained and appealing. Pool area is spacious. Location.

Cons:

Fitness centre & inside rooms are in desperate need of an update. Spa was not working. Pool was absolutely freezing. No garbage chutes. Breakfast was bland, served the same thing everyday. Couldn’t stream on TV only free to air available.
Happy hour reduced from normal 3-5pm to 4-5pm as the sun was out and it was busy.

My stay was satisfactory, I wouldn’t recommend the property, it hasn’t been updated in 10 years.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bathroom appropriate. I loved the welcome card and the room was clean.

Cons:

The room was smelly and musty on arrival. I had to open it up and air it out. The complex is very confusing and I spent considerable time lost. It would be good to have elevators rather than having stairs everywhere, dragging luggage up and down stairs is annoying.
There was no coffee machine in the breakfast room and no selection of teas- apart from green tea and Jasmine tea. The sandwich press was dirty, but overall the breakfast was satisfactory. The bed was not comfortable but the sheets was good quality.
