Pros:

Absolutely beautiful clean place to stay. Hubby and I slept the best we have in years. So tropical, the plants around were gorgeous, and the pool was awesome, especially at night. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend it to anyone

Cons:

Only thing is I'd wish the buffet breakfast had hot food. Spoke with other guest and they all said the same.

Pros:

The pool area is nice. location .

Cons:

Staff weren’t as friendly as they could be.
No food available only for a few hours at the pool bar
No hot breakfast.
Tv not working great.
Not as clean as it could be.
We were told the shuttle bus would be max 10 minute wait at times we had to wait for 30
Minutes.

A fun time
Pros:

The staff were great and very accomodating. The pool and swim up bar was the absolute highlight.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were merely window shutters in my bedroom which meant that I could hear every little noise that was occurring outside including the neighbour’s conversations on their balconies which meant it got quite loud. This design is a bit strange considering cold air also comes in too.

Pros:

Location, foyer is beautiful and the staff were lovely

Cons:

The breakfast was incredibly ordinary. I felt like I was in a work canteen, very limited food options and not great quality, not presented well, or welcoming setting.

Cons:

All the stairs. It was so confusing to find the way to your room. Room was dirty and no fresh linens for the stay. No room servicing either. We stayed 5 nights

No balcony even though we paid 360.00 only one little bin in the bathroom none for the main room. only 3 English breakfast tea available not enough tea bags.

Easy and convenient and enjoyable.
Pros:

Location is good. Catch the shuttle bus at the door and return too. Nice and quiet at night to sleep. Breakfast option really good so you can get on with tours straight away. Pool and bar are good to relax.

Cons:

Would have liked a comfy chair in our room.

Pool area was a lot of fun for kids and adults. The rooms were comfy. It was clean but there were definitely bits that were missed. We enjoyed it here but probably a little bit on the pricey side for what it was.
