Great location, great staff
No facilities - pool would be great
I stay here for every visit to Launceston. Close to everything and the restaurant is 5 star 👌
Nothing
Its location
There was an odour on the first floor as if people had been cooking. Staff did try to address it but not successfully. The room was not serviced well. The bed just had the sheets pulled up. Decore in the rooms is tired and dated
One of few hotels in world that doe3s not offer free secure wifi
Breakfast? I don’t think it was available
More information about what is available
Everything we needed was readily available, walking distance to UTAS stadium, super friendly and helpful staff, we will definately be back again!
Located overlooking the picturesque North Esk River, Peppers Seaport Hotel offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The waterfront is extremely picturesque and offers a variety of cuisines ranging from Indian to traditional and fine dining. Waterfront restaurants "Mudbar" and "Rupert & Hound" are both recommended. A highlight is to cross the boardwalk to the Silo Hotel and enjoy a cocktail at Woody's Barrel Bar. The facilities were first rate as were the staff who were extremely friendly and accommodating. Clean, modern and with great views, Peppers Seaport has now become our "go-to" when staying in Launceston!
Great location and rooms. Easy access to the city and areas around the river.
We were on the first floor and the music from the restaurant below was loud till about 9:30 or 10. It wasn’t crazy loud but could be annoying if you wanted a quiet evening!
Great location and great size apartments. Staff always friendly. Awesome walks close by, Cataract Gorge is our fav
We were level1 and got a lot of noise from the restaurant, music was loud till late. We normally stay mid week which is quiet but
weekend was a bit too much for us. The guy upstairs was thumping around until 5.30am and spent 20mins of that vomiting. I didn’t want to know where that went. Obviously not the hotels fault.
I stayed here on a corporate rate from my university. I did put in my Gold ALL number and received a welcome bottle of wine but no room upgrade (hotel now claim they were full but this was not the case - the room next to me was empty). The welcome was average. I liked the room with a view over the river (what I had booked) and it had a nice seating area. The hotel is showing its age with some scruffs and chips on walls and furniture and tired carpet. For the full price they charge, this is not good enough. I had breakfast at the Tidal Cafe which was good and I ate dinner at the other Peppers over the bridge at the Silos. I was happy I could charge back to my room as it made expenses easier.
Based on my room rate of $189, I would give this four stars but I would not be paying the full rates they advertise - nearing $300 a night.
The property was perfect
A noisy spot on Sat/Sun night
A fabulous location with great choices for all sorts of meals. Mud Bar was exceptional for both food and service.
The upgraded room was especially appreciated
Absolutely nothing
