Room assignment was not acceptable we thought we would have a suite but ended up with was what we had was a large room with 2 queen size bed and a sofa bed we could have had the same thing at another hotel
Just not big enough for a party of 5
The room and staff were very good. The pool and hot tub were also very good. The breakfast was pretty good. The location is walkable to Beal St. and directly on the historic Main St.
Parking is too expensive. The neighborhood is sketchy. Did not feel comfortable walking after dark.

The guys who picked up the car and returned it the next day were wonderful. I have no complaints. The guys at the check-in were rude and angry about something. I didn't see any smiles from them during the two days I was there. I hope they weren't rude to us because we don't speak English well.
When my wife and I first arrived and saw the parking lot of cars in the arrival area, we said OMG, what did we get ourselves involved with here.
There was only one young man working all these traffic jam of vehicles. Let me tell you, the way LaShun orchestrated the movement and warm welcome was something amazing. He truly made us feel relaxed and that our car was in good hands and safe.

The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was perfect for the kids after our days of exploring. The breakfast was great. And the location couldn't have been better!

False advertising I paid for an balcony didn’t receive one , covers where not fully clean I saw a few bed bugs bathroom smelled like pee and valet broke my door handle.
