Aardig personeel dat een goede service biedt. We kwamen om 8 uur in de ochtend aan. Vantevoren aangegeven en een kamer was gereed. De andere was binnen 15 minuten schoon. Ontbijt is goed geregeld en smaakvol.
Leuk rooftop terras waar de Airstream trailers staan.
Het geluid van de buren. Je krijgt standaard oordoppen van het hotel. Hier wordt in meerder beoordelingen voor gewaarschuwd. Voor ons was het geen groot probleem.

Camera carina spaziosa e pulita. Vicina a green market square e bo-kap. Parcheggio comodo e ottima colazione alla carta e con piccolo buffet nel bar. Zona sicura.
The whole place was Brilliantly designed and unique. We stayed in the roof top airstreams, there was a fabulous floor with Alice in Wonderland theme. Amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was an event happening on our first evening but it ended by 21:00 so wasn’t at all disturbing.
The cocktails were poor- didn’t seem to have much flavour or alcohol content.
Our stay at the Grand Daddy Hotel was truly memorable and unique. We booked the Blooming Daisies Airstream trailer on the rooftop, which offered a one‑of‑a‑kind experience in the heart of Cape Town. I hadn’t told my wife beforehand, so she was expecting a normal hotel room. The look of confusion on her face when she first saw the trailer was priceless, but once she stepped inside, her smile and excitement were out of this world. She loved the difference and the uniqueness, which made the stay even more special.
Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, with great quality and variety. The restaurant staff were very helpful and considerate, always attentive to our needs and ensuring we felt well cared for. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and the atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant yet welcoming.
Overall, the Grand Daddy Hotel combines charm, creativity, and attentive service. It’s perfect for travelers looking for something beyond the ordinary, a stay that is both comfortable and unforgettable.
