Die Lage des Hotels an der Uferpromenade von Cefalù ist wunderbar.
Das Zimmer besichtigen durch einen gut nutzbaren Balkon mit Aussicht auf die Promenade und das Meer.
Eine Tiefgarage gehört auch dazu, was mir persönlich wichtig ist, da wir grundsätzlich mit dem Auto verreisen.
Nice hotel directly located on the beach, few minutes away from Cefalù Centro. Warm pool on the property with plenty of seats and shade.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this was the best part of our 2 week trip to Sicily!
*Room and balcony were great with wonderful sea views.
*Location was fantastic, near to train station, beaches, restaurants, old town and other amenities.
*Breakfast was amazing (eggs freshly cooked to order) - great food and wonderful rooftop views over the sea.
*Beach with loungers, umbrella and towels all included.in price.
*Friendly staff in all departments.

Too many rules about not using the mini fridge for your own drinks etc or bringing any food or drinks into hotel
No water or kettle or glasses supplied
Asked for lactose free yoghurt, given a normal one crook all day, next two days none available
Breakfast all cakes not much protein finished at 10am everything cleared away 10.05am

Très positif : l'emplacement, la grande chambre avec belle salle de bain et balcon, la propreté, le calme ( insonorisation), la climatisation très efficace et totalement silencieuse ( ce qui est rare), la literie, les équipements, le petit dej pris sur le roof top ( voir photo), la plage privée ( avec bar, restauration, douches wc et bien sur parasols et transats), la grande gentillesse du personnel.
Négatif : voyons ....et bien j'ai beau réfléchir...ah oui en cherchant bien il manque 1 ou 2 étagères dans l'armoire et une prise au dessus du lavabo pour brancher sa brosse à dent électrique 😉
Excellent location, lovely pool and beach.
Hotel is seafront, just cross the street and you are on the sand! Parking space on the property, comfy room with lovely sea view from the balcony, great breakfast, amazing staff, they also have a beach club with free sunbeds and sun umbrellas for the guests. City center is within walking distance, like a 6 minutes walk through the beach boulevard, 10/10
Our experience at the Hotel Victoria Palace in Cefalù was wonderful! The ladies at reception and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful—especially Alessia, who quickly and professionally assisted me when I had a reaction to the chlorine by moving me to a suite away from the pool. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend it!
The breakfast was good with a stunning view. The hotel has a private beach area about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. The room was clean.
The room was basic, and the beddings were not good. The pillows were hard and bumpy, not hotel grade pillows. The blanket was a thin polyester layer. Overall, the room was far below 4 star standard.
Den fanns en ung kille som gav utmärkt service och nära stranden
Oerhört otrevligt bemötande från resten av personalen, informerar inte oss om faciliteter, inge tips på vad för utflykter de hade kunnat arrangera, personalen som bara stirrar när man kommer in och aldrig svarar på ens hälsningar. Bemötandet var under all kritik och förstörde stämningen hos vistelsen när man behövde gå tillbaka på rummet.
Hade inte med gott samvete kunnat rekommendera till någon.
The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful.....Anna and Alessia. I got sick, they called the doctor, the Farmacia delivered medication, they delivered the medicine directly to the room upon arrival. I could not have asked for a more compassionate and helpful staff. The hotel was immaculate and very comfortable, great location on the beach.

Att de hade servering dagtid samt bar öppen, visserligen öppnade en poolbar i slutet av vår vistelse och de skulle tydligen även kunna servera smörgåsar.

La ubicación
Te reciben con un lobbi sin aire sin donde sentarse y ni un agua de bienvenida ,tomando en cuenta que la temporada es muy calurosa no usan el aire acondicionado, el baño no servía el extractor y no tenía ventana se concentraban los olores y humedad , recepción no son los más amigables. La verdad si me tocará ir a cefalu me quedará en otro lugar.
