Breakfast was outstanding, and the restaurant staff were absolutely exceptional. A special shout-out to Lebohang, Kgaugelo, Arnold, Njabulo, Gugu, and Thembi for their warm hospitality and excellent service. I would also like to recognise Mthembu and Lawrence from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every one of them was a true rockstar and contributed to a fantastic experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing once again. Their attitude makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing them rather than being welcomed and valued customers. Considering the amount we paid for the stay, as well as the event we hosted, I expected a higher level of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service at the front desk. Please address this issue, as this is the second time we have experienced the same problem. Consistency in customer service is important, and I hope the necessary improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Best breakfast ever
Pros:

Is was amazing. The staff is very friendly is a real way. The breakfast is incredible. Never had a breakfast this good before. The beds where great as the temperature in the rooms. Great place for business meetings!

Cons:

For me it wasnt a problem but if you have a room with a bath-shower it can be a risky step out.

Amazing stay at an amazing Hotel!
Pros:

The Hotel and staff are all exceptional. The rooms are beautiful, clean and modernly designed. The bathroom was stunning.
The breakfast was the highlight, such an amazing selection to choose from and everything tasted amazing! It was my husband's 40th birthday and they decorated the bed with rose petals and had a slice of cake with champagne in room for him. Made his birthday weekend even more special. My kids loved the stay; they could swim in the pool as it was heated.

Cons:

Nothing, the hotel is amazing. All staff were pleasant and friendly.

Superb experience - nothing comes close in any other corporate hotel in Sandton
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Room decor , size , amenities and most of all the excellent staff who have been trained to a standard I have never experienced before in a Johannesburg hotel.

Cons:

Nothing really. Perhaps it should have its own spa which would be more convenient
