Cons:

For the first two days, and particularly at night, the heating system failed to function and blew cold air constantly. We were left freezing until technicians finally fixed it on their third visit. The only temporary remedy provided was a small bathroom heater, which was completely inadequate for a suite.

Additionally, despite booking a suite, basic amenities and services were missing:
* Upon our arrival, there was no welcome amenity in the suite living room (such as fruits, sweets, or a welcome drink/champagne), which is standard practice for this room category.
* Bathrooms lacked essential items, including toothbrushes, soap, and facial cleansing sets.
* Coffee capsules were not replenished automatically, forcing us to contact reception twice just to request them.

Service was terrible - we had a room for four and two bathrooms with almost no toiletry - despite two notifications, one in person one over phone reminder to front desk we never got any - similar issues over dinner getting warm milk did coffee took forever

Pros:

To start, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a super luxury executive suite.
Comfortable beds which came in very handy after a 14 hour flight.
The hotel restaurant was also very good where we enjoyed a very nice dinner.
