Delta Hotel Philadelphia Airport - Only stay here if ABSOLUTLEY need to,
Pros:

The view I had of the city.

The hotel was modern-looking and esthetically pleasing.

Cons:

Either this hotel was refurb or it desperately needs an update to the room HVAC which really didn't work. It's clear they're trying to be cheap because the room wold get no cooler than 70 and that's if it's not a hot day. The parking situation is nothing but greed; you're staying in a hotel that has only 1 access to the facility off a pretty remote road. It's not like they have to compete for parking with a shopping center. It's highway robbery that they charge you $25/day to park. Most folks can't get to the hotel reliably without a car. It's absolutely off the beaten path and most guests have vechicles. Parking charge feels like a tax to me - a tax to stay at the remote hotel.

IT WAS HORRIBLE. THE STAFF ACTED LIKE I WAS BLACK AND INVISIBLE.

I LIKED NOTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL.

Cons:

THE STAFF WERE RUDE, DISMISSIVE AND DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME WHEN I ARRIVED. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. WE HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM. IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED AND USE MOBILITY IMPAIRED PARKING, DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ONLY HAVE 11 PARKING SPACES IN THAT MASSIVE HORRIBLY DESIGNED PARKING LOT FOR THE OUTRAGEOUS COST OF $75.00.

Would stay there again if just needing a place to stay to catch a plain out
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Great location! Super helpful front desk. Free shuttle was great as well. Also the food pantry for customers to get snacks was a huge o pop perk.

Cons:

Nothing a good location if wanting to see Philly 30 minutes from town but great location to the airport.

Don’t Stay Here If You Need to Sleep
Pros:

Do NOT stay here if you want a good night’s rest. The noise was AWFUL due to the atrium in the middle. Hotel was busy with a ton of teenagers that had zero respect for quiet hour after 10 PM. We could also hear the TV from the room next door. Walls are thin and there is nothing relaxing about this place. Would have been better off just driving in tomorrow for our flight as it seems like there will be no sleep for us tonight.

While the lobby has a nice appearance, the room could use some work. First impression with the room - cleaning team did not vacuum well, but the carpet is simply dirty looking. Room has sliding doors leading to a patio but has no chairs on it. The area is covered and looks worn and definitely in need of TLC. Shower did not drain well and stains on the wall behind toilet. Highly disappointing for a Marriott property. Travelling partner went as far as suggesting that we go sleep in the car…

Will not stay here again nor will I recommend it.

Here I enjoyed succinct design, scrumptious dinner, lovely room and people at a great price, thank you.
Pros:

Great design, dinner was impeccable
Hotel, bar, breakfast, snack area, and house-keeping Staff helpful. Fresh glass bottle water refill station. Good shampoo conditioner wash and bottle of body lotion kind in the skin available.

Good size room. Great shuttle service,
Great Price. Thank you I enjoyed my stay

Cons:

No lunch area as such, would have liked more vegan/vegetarian options.

Ok place but they need some improvement
Pros:

Great location, they seem to be working on remodeling. It is a very large place. It is very close to the airport. A hugh plus. Free shuttle to and from airport which is great.

Cons:

Staff needs training. First when a guest arrives it would be nice to be greeted. There were two people at reception but no greeting from either. Not very welcoming.
The restaurant, I tried to use the QRcode to order for pickup but it didn't work. Went to the restaurant, sat at the bar and waited for someone to even notice I was there, well that never happened. I decided to call over a server that was passing by. Waiting time was long with not many guests to be served. When my food was ready it sat for a bit and they waited on someone who had ordered but hadnt paid yet whilst my food sat. The person was in training which I completely understand but when the order that was ready and paid for and a guest is sitting right there it should have been given to me. Food was good.

At checkout, again neither staff members even looked up. More interested in the mobile devices than the guest.

The shuttle was good, the 530am shuttle was about 15 minutes late departing. Drivers are great.
