Excellent gym and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location near the airport.
Upon arrival the body wash bottle was empty and body lotion was almost empty. We stayed for 4 nights and coffee, cream, and sugar were not replaced and no stir sticks. Hallway in front of our two rooms was dirty and not vacuumed during our 4 nights stay. My mother who traveled from Japan likes taking a bath but stopper in the bath tub didn’t work. The maintenance staff came to fix it but still didn't work.

Sucio, máquina de café mala se salía el agua y no funcionaba, máquina de agua del piso estaba mala, debía ir a otro piso x agua.
Al bajar en ascensor se quedó parada entre pisos y no abrió la puerta, al tocar el timbre del ascensor para pedir ayuda nadie contestó. Alfombra de la habitación sucia.
Personal de recepción muy poco atento y no resuelven problemas dijeron que abusarán sobre la máquina de café y máquina de agua del piso y no se resolvió nada y nadie llegó para resolver los problemas.
En resumen muy mal hotel.

The staff was okay.
For the amount of money I paid, the room was not up to standards. It was not well cleaned and poorly maintained. I paid over $1200 for a room to be on par with a motel. That is ridiculous. I did not inform the staff because it was roots picnic weekend and everything was overpriced and booked up to capacity. The staff at the cafe window were friendly. The hotel is also far from everything but the airport. I would not stay there again and I would like to be compensated for that outrageous price I paid for little to nothing in return.
We had a balcony over looking the pool area but it was fulled with boxes. Not the ambiance one would expect from a room with a balcony. The breakfast was luke warm. The tub wouldnt drain while taking a shower and the bathroom tiles were poorly installed

Paying for parking at a location that is not even in the middle of the city is ridiculous. The restaurant was not good and needed improvement.
Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable and I felt safe. The staff was very friendly.

i thought there was complimentary breakfast. no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby area, just little coffee pot in room. The bathroom sink was very slow drain.
