Pros:

Friendly staff, central location, good check out time

Cons:

Aircon was set too warm. Staff did help us to lower this slightly but it was still a little warm for our liking and we were told it could not be changed to any lower.
The shower also leaked into the toilet area.

notre séjour est malgré tout agréable par sa situation Plein centre et les personnels sont bien .
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner moyen , personnel trop actif ils ramassent les couverts quand on est encore à table. le reste est assez agréable.

Cons:

notre chambre nᵒ 1205 dont le balcon a une vue directe sur la cuisine (?) d'un autre établissement – beaucoup de va-et-vient dans cet endroit ,les fauteuils en osier ne sont pas très relaxants, je suggère que l'hôtel trouve un moyen pour rendre ce balcon plus discret.

Приятный отель за свои деньги
Pros:

Соотношение цена/качество, чистота отеля и номеров. Персонал дружелюбный, вкусные завтраки (достаточно фруктов, никогда не оставались голодными). До моря ходьбы 5 минут. Расположен отель в туристическом центре. Убирались ежедневно, за 11 ночей пару раз меняли постельное белье, полотенца ежедневно. Идеально для своих денег

Cons:

Отсутствие занавески в душевой кабине (она не предусмотрена), из-за чего вода брызгает на пол всей ванной. Не сильно мешало, так как убирались ежедневно. Также пользовались платными услугами прачечной, деньги заплатили сразу же, при выселении же с нас хотели взять из залога. Долго доказывали, что уже заплатили, это был неприятный момент. Просто на будущее стоит сразу просить вычесть потом из депозита, чтоб не было подобных эксцессов.

Pros:

Проживали в отеле в июле 2026 года. Удобное место положения. В пешей доступности есть все необходимое: пляж, парк, кафе и рестораны, спа, торговые центры и т.д. Чистые номера. Прекрасные завтраки. Хороший бассейн на 20 этаже с шикарным видом на город и море. Особая благодарность работнице службы ресепшн по имени NGUYEN, которая оказала нам максимальное содействие в решение всех возникающих вопросов, в том числе предоставление информации об отеле, городе, вызов такси, покупка билетов в спа, предоставление скидочных купонов, и т.д.

Cons:

Санузлы отгорожены от жилых помещений не глухой стеной, а стеклянной. Со временем привыкаешь.

Очень хорошая локация однозначно, рядом рестораны, магазины, самый центр

Ранее жили на первой линии, этот отель находится на второй линии и это плюс, т.к. нет сильного шума от дороги и можно хорошо выспаться с открытым окном

Идти до моря 2 минуты пешком, выдают ежедневно полотенца

Достаточно разнообразный швецкий стол, фрукты, сладости, яйца, много блюд азиатской кухни.

Замена полотенец, средств гигиены, воды ежедневно

Настроены на телевизоре Ютуб где русские каналы, ребенок мог смотреть, это удобно.

Быстрые лифты, несмотря на загрузку отеля нет долгого ожидания.

Отель предложил такси в аэропорт всего за 320 донгов. Это очень хорошая цена и удобно. Не нужно заказывать самим, таксист бал вовремя.

В целом отель за свои деньги очень хороший .

Cons:

Качество уборки немного страдает конечно, т.к. рядом море всегда песок тащиться в номер. Частенько его просто заметают в углы, а не убирают.

В связи с тем, что большинство туристов русские и китайцы, хотелось бы разнообразить швецкий стол немного блюдами европейской кухни, т.к. основные блюда представлены только блюдами азиатской кухни.

Депозит 2000 донгов немного высоковат, в других отелях берут 1000 донгов максимум.
Т.к. их выдают только при выезде из номера приходится их тратить в аэропорту.

После 16-00 часов полотенца на пляж уже не выдают, видимо их не хватает на такое кол-во туристов. Но учитывая, что многие хотят на пляж утром и после обеда, то хотелось бы получить чистое полотенце и во второй половине дня.

Всё в шаговой доступности, номер на твёрдую 4+, мебель в номере не убитая, у нас был номер где можно было на балконе сушить белье и курить, это можно делать не во всех номерах, убирались каждый день, белье меняли через день, персонал приветливый, завтраки стандартные

​Great early June stay
Pros:

We had a really good stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English, and there was a really nice waiter at the breakfast restaurant who stood out with his genuine smile and efficient service.
The location is fantastic—just a short, direct walk to the beach and very close to a shopping centre, shops, and places to eat. Our room was up on Level 17, so it was nice and quiet with no street noise disturbance at all.
East or west, home is best... unless this hotel has a vacancy for next week? 😃

On Arrival the front desk staff were exceptional, happy and cheerful, they helped us get the 2 rooms we booked side by side on the 11th Floor, breakfast choice was good, the pool and view were amazing, the only disappointment was in 4 days it rained for 3, apart from that I would highly recommend the Gonsala Hotel to travellers
