udany pobyt w Majoni w centrum Cortiny
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja 📍 w centrum Cortiny. Hotel posiada swój parking.

Cons:

Pokoje wymagają remontu, szczególnie łazienki.

The perfect stay to a perfect location.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely incredible and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. Always felt safe and happy to be there. Could not recommend more!

Good Location, but Poor Service and a Serious Lack of Customer Support
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the centre of Cortina, which is convenient. Parking is also available. Overall, the accommodation is acceptable, but it is far from being a good or comfortable stay.

Cons:

The biggest problem was the staff. They were often unfriendly and unhelpful.

During dinner, the waiters offered water without explaining that it would be charged separately, even though we had already paid for half board. This should have been clearly communicated in advance.

The food selection was often very limited. When other guests had already eaten, many serving dishes were empty, and the staff did not refill them regularly. This happened at breakfast as well.

A very serious issue occurred when I received a phishing message on WhatsApp containing detailed information about my reservation. The message looked legitimate because it included my booking details. I contacted the hotel immediately to confirm whether it was genuine, but they never replied. I still have not received any response. This is a major security and customer service failure.

The room was also very small and impractical.

La localisation etait parfaite
Disposer d un parking etait tres pratique
La formule demi pension a reussi a nous faire nos deux repas par jour les repas etaient plutot bons et variés d un jour a l autre

Cons:

Ce n etait pas tres propre notamment dans la baignoire…
