لم يعجبني تعامل موظفه الاستقبال ابداً كان تعاملها سي للغايه وغير ذلك تم اعطائي غرفه احتياجات خاصه وتم تسكين في الجهه المطله على القطار كان ذلك مزعج جداً ولم استطع النوم ونظفه الغرفه سيئه جداً وفيها غبار

Très bel hôtel au design italien - je recommande chaleureusement.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel: raffiné, design, très confort, très propre .

Grande chambre très bien équipée avec une très belle salle de bain et une terrasse adjacente.

Excellents produits cosmétiques.

Excellent petit déjeuner buffet, très varié.

Parking indépendant de l’hôtel juste à côté, très pratique.

חדר מטורף, מחולק ל3 חדרים במתחם אחד - לכל חדר יש גם חדר רחצה נפרד. רמה גבוהה של מתקנים. קרוב למתחם EATALY, יש חנייה סמוכה לנו היה חשוב ללכת על בטוח בעניין החנייה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומספקת. הכל ברמה מעולה מרגיש מפנק ביותר

מיקום קצת בעייתי אם אין רכב ומתניידים ברגל, אין משהו ממש מעניין בקרבת מקום חוץ מEATALY . לדואומו יש להגיע ברכב אחרת זה חצי שעה הליכה. ברכב לקח לנו 10 דק' ונכנסנו לחניון שם, זה יתרון שיש ליד המלון חניה ואין בעיה להוציא את הרכב

Kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite mit phantastischem Blick vom Balkon. Liebevoll bereit gestellte Kleinigkeiten wie Schlafbrille und Kissenparfüm. Toller kleiner Garten zum Hotel gehörig und das mitten in der Stadt!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz. Es war ausreichend und umfassend, aber nicht spektakulär.

Happy with our choice and would pick this hotel again.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just as closed to Garibaldi train and metro stations. Very convenient to travel from and to Malpensa airport. Also, metro was very convenient for traveling to Centrale FS for our trips to other cities.
Breakfast was quite good, but variety stayed the same throughout our stay.
Facilities are very clean and modern. Staff is very helpful. Our remarks regarding the room type were quickly resolved to make sure we enjoy our stay.

A Nice Hôtel with some room for improvement
Pros:

Location was excellent, the hotel design, fluidity of motion and facilities were great.reception staff offered immediate upgrade and high was appreciated.

Cons:

The room could benefit from some TLC, a paint job would really be great. Though reception staff upgraded my room, I didn’t feel warmly welcomed, maybe because I was wearing my motorcycle gear. In room dining experience wasn’t smooth, no menu in room, no phone directory (I had to use Google) and dinner was quite expensive
