Beautiful hotel in really nice area
Pros:

Great location, the area is clean and beautiful. The hotel is also really nice.

Cons:

No rooftop jacuzzi, if you book the hotel spa area its underground.

I was very disappointed with the service provided by the two women working at reception in the morning. Neither of them seemed willing to help, and their attitude made me feel as though they were doing me a favor simply by assisting me. It has been a long time since I encountered staff who seemed so uninterested in their work and in providing good customer service.

On the other hand, the gentleman working at night was the complete opposite: he was extremely polite, helpful, and professional.
