I've stayed in many Ibis hotels before, but this one was an unexpectedly warm and welcoming experience.
The reception team was exceptionally kind and friendly, and there was even as thoughtful little touch for our child that made us feel especially welcome. Even the messages displayed in the elevator were charming and put a smile on our faces.
We also appreciated the complimentary refreshing drinks available at reception : a small gesture that contributed to the overall feeling of hospitality and care.
Overall, this was one of the most pleasant Ibis stays we've had, and the delicious breakfast was the perfect finishing touch.
