Comfortable, convenient and friendly staff
Pros:

Booked due to location and being close to the Palladium. Swimming pool and sauna were a nice extra

Hotel is prachtig, zijn ondanks de volle dagen goed uitgerust.
Pros:

Het personeel achter de receptie en de conciërge: super! Heel vriendelijk en bagage konden we bij aankomst en vertrek nog achterlaten, waren heel vriendelijk. complimenten!

Cons:

Het ontbijt was rommelig, de eerste ochtend waren er geen kopjes, geen glazen, borden waren er niet en tafels waren niet klaar om te kunnen ontbijten. Personeel had geen overzicht. De 2e ochtend ging dit wat beter, maar ook de 3e ochtend was het niet zoals het hoort te zijn. personeel liep chagrijnig rond en bij vragen van andere gasten werd er vaak weggelopen of niet gereageerd. Jammer, had daar wel meer van verwacht.

Loved everything about this hotel
Pros:

Perfect for seeing a show at the Palladium. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was extremely clean. The room was lovely with a really comfortable bed and really clean bathroom.

It was a lovely stay , sat in a cell in the bar to have a drink . Amenities were good , staff worked hard but we’re not

Location was good and the cleaning lady was very nice

Cons:

The breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The selection was very poor and there were constant shortages of basic items, such as orange juice and cups. What was especially frustrating was that these items were not replenished, even when it was obvious that they had run out.
At one point, there was only one cup left and I was the second person in line. I politely asked a member of the breakfast staff if she could bring more cups. Her response and facial expression were extremely unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. She told me that there were more cups available, but when it was my turn, there were of course none left — and they still were not replenished.

There were many similar shortages throughout breakfast, and the overall attitude and service from the breakfast staff were very unpleasant. Unfortunately, this made the entire breakfast experience frustrating and far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
