Lovely place to stay - Highly Recommend!
Pros:

Staff are excellent; friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Rooms are lovely and beds comfortable. Excellent location for Oxford Street. Air conditioning really helped in this heatwave.

The location was fantastic and the size of the room was good

Cons:

I was on the 5th floor with the rooftop bar directly above which was noisy until 11/11:30. Not ideal when on a work trip
