Failed every expectation.
Pros:

Location is excellent.

Cons:

Tired room, broken sink, needs a full refurbishment. I asked for the heating to be 21 because the room was cold. When we returned it was 17 degrees. Poor nights sleep.

Location, perfect

Cons:

Shabby room. Piece missing off shower and had to call maintenance to operate it, who dismissed the problem. Not good enough for this hotel . When booked in, given a 6th floor room with the promise of a fantastic view, not so , overlooked a rear yard.

Solid soho location
Pros:

Rooftop bar had a great view, good drinks, and the food was decent. Front desk attendant was very nice and our room was ready early.

Cons:

Pool closes at 7p - odd as that is when people want to relax after a long day...
The hot water in the shower was drunk and didn't know what it wanted to be.

Sehr gute Lage. 200 Meter von den U-Bahn Station Oxford Circus.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer im ersten Stock gehabt.Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck. Es Jan alle 5 Sekunden kalt für 1 Sekunde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gibt man Sachen in die Reinigung, muss man nachfragen beim Concierge, wo sie dann auch am Ständer hängen. Neue dry cleaning Plastiksäcklein muss am wieder verlangen. Alles ein bisschen in demand.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Für einen Kurztrip geeignet
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel in der Region Soho. Die Zimmer sind okay, jeweils mit Sessel oder Sofa ausgestattet. Das Reinigungspersonal und die Barangestellten waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind okay, leider mit Badwannen ausgestattet. Zufällig bei uns keinen Föhn vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist minimalistisch, ohne Kaffeemaschine oder mehre Käseauswahl. Die Bar im Erdgeschoss könnte man besser bewerben. Die Bar auf dem Dach kann nur vorreserviert genutzt werden.
