Comfortable and excellent location- couldn’t be in a better area

Super stay!
Pros:

Excellent value for money. Top location. All the staff were hapoy to help in any way. I would stay there again.

Great location but some details need improving to claim to be 5 star.
Pros:

The location was perfect as we were going to a show at the Palladium right next door. Very close to Oxford st & Regent st. The room was perfect I couldn’t fault except we’d have like a mini bar.

Cons:

We were told the sky bar would open at 10 after a private party so we went at 10 only to be shown the door like nightclub troublemakers as they’d decided to stay on. Nothing 5 star about that treatment.
Also the it said on the room card info pool not open until 10:00am far too late for us and the average traveller.
The poor lady at the cocktail bar couldn’t make cocktails but she did go and get her colleague.

Location for the meeting I had, the bed was massive, the air conditioning worked brilliantly and despite being in Soho when the world cup was on, there was no disturbance
