Fantastic property and was ideal for our visits to the London Palladium!! Loved the Lobby bar with the holding cells. Lovely breakfast too. It was great that we could leave our bags before check in and the team offered to keep holding our bags after checking out. Couldn't fault the service.
I honestly can't think of anything. Maybe the fact that there were no Pina coladas on the cocktail menu?
Great location for the center of everything. Close to elizabethan line, metros, shopping and theatre. Inside was quite quiet for all that. Air conditioning was top notch

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the London Palladium.
My stay was during a heatwave in London. Putting a winter duvet on the bed was very inappropriate. The air conditioning would not cool the room down to a temperature which one could sleep in. Additionally, the TV did not work. A technician was sent to the room and reset the Sky box and the set came on and he left. We could only get BBC1 as the handset did not work. When the TV was switched on the next morning it did not work again. The bath had no safety grab handles to assist us in our 80s to get in and out of the bath. One of the handles on the side of the bath was broken off and missing. Therefore, a bath in the morning was not an option. Finally, at 1600 I ordered room service (Two meals) and requested it was delivered to our room for 1800 as we had to go out at 1900. At 1800 there no meals. I called room service at 1810 to enquired why the meals had not been delivered as requested at 1800. All I got was confused comments and I was told someone would call me. At 1820 the meal arrived at the room with apologies. We were asked to pay there and then as it was not permitted to add it to the bill to be paid on check out! Very unusual for a £336 room.

The location was excellent and the front desk was staffed 24 hours.
The room wasn’t very clean. The mini fridge was empty. The light switches didn’t all work. There was no hair dryer in our room. I had no bedside table but my partner did. The carpets were very grubby. We were told about the roof top bar but were not told that it was booked out for a private party. When asking if there was any space for hotel residents, they said it was full. We looked online to see if we could book and found out it was a £50 minimum spend per person. This itself is fine but it was information we were not told. Disappointed about not being able to use the bar.

Breakfast was not the best and the pillows were awful and made sleep uncomfortable
