Cons:

The AC didn't keep the room as cold as the thermostat was set. We all got hot in the night and the thermostat was set at 67.

I would not stay here again, solely based on the uncomfortable bed & poor breakfast

The bed was not comfortable, latch on bathroom door in room 406 didn’t work & window blinds broken & taped up- kinda trashy & also breakfast kinda sucked, powder eggs, 2 pork options, apple bananas, oatmeal, yogurt & muffins & cereal.

Not a good 10 days
Pros:

Good location for our event at Will Rogers Center

Cons:

The staff was not helpful with problems that occurred. My credit card was compromised by Soringhill Suites. I had to close my card out due to attempted fraud by them. We had been there for over three days without housekeeping. We had to ask, and then they acted like it was an inconvenience to give us towels. There was an earwig bug in my daughter's bed. The toilet barely filled enough water in the tank to flush.
