Disappointing Stay with Serious Disturbance and Noise Issues.
Cons:

My stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. The carpet had a noticeable pet smell, and the ventilation system was quite noisy. Additionally, there was disturbing noise from the floor above, including walking and hammering, and construction work was conducted during my stay without any prior notification, which severely disrupted my work. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. And I was charged for AUD25 a day for parking upon my arrival which was another surprise and I will verify that with Booking.Com.

Helpful staff, handy location
Pros:

The location was handy to an event we were attending and the staff were able to provide us with an early checkin.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for parking. Our room was on the ground floor and we found it a bit dark and airless. There was also a strong food smell in the reception and ground floor corridor.

Sometimes staying a few kilometres from the CBD has surprises
Pros:

Location is excellent
A fabulous cafe 150 metres away and opens early
All of the staff were friendly and accommodating
Major shopping centre is an Asian Heaven for Food
The TV remote and programming was not over complicated
