Pros:

The friendly staff, beautiful clean room with all amenities. Absolutely loved the bathroom products and delicious snacks, ample quality tea and coffee. Also the index guide to food and cafes that are nearby. The staff communication was amazing, I was contacted on arrival, in our room, and asked if everything was good.

A great self contained option if you are wanting to be outside the CBD but still easily accessible
Pros:

A tram stop is metres from the front door taking you into the City and beyond. We primarily chose this property as our vehicle is over height for most underground car parks. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a larger apartment with a lovely leafy view.

Spacious apartment, with large fridge, with most amenities. Large comfortable bed, balcony access. Great to have a washing machine and dryer available, with washing soap provided. Staff helpful and responsive. Basement parking available, with lift from carpark to rooms. Convenient location.

Cons:

No luggage racks, microwave set in nook above head level made it difficult to put things in, and risk of spill taking hot things out. Need handrails to assist getting in/out of bath (shower is over the bath behind a glass screen - have to climb over raised edge of the bath).

I wouldn’t return. Better comfort we less cost at other accommodations.
Pros:

Convenient location. Easy car parking.

Cons:

Uncomfortable hard bed. Walls in 2nd bedroom next to the bed were filthy. 4 burner stove but only 1 tiny old frypan making cooking impossible.
Traffic is so loud, sounds like windows are open when they are not. Difficult to sleep.
Dryer does not dry clothes.
No internet on arrival (was fixed promptly after I alerted staff).
No batteries in remote for TV.
Found probably the last guests iPhone in sofa which indicates cleaning is not thorough.
Annoyed I was told parking was an extra $25 when I arrived. (I’ve learnt my lesson to check this in future accommodation stays before booking).

Much better and much more comfortable value at an air BnB we have moved too.
