ロビーが雑然としてる。
せっかく丹下健三デザインの建築物なのに、
ロビーに荷物とか、見えて残念。

Very nice hotel in front of Lake Biwa
Pros:

There is a shuttle bus service from the bust stop nearby JR Otsu station to the hotel, it was very convienient. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and specious. The breakfast is also very good. The location is just in front of Lake Biwa, from the hotel room we could enjoy to see the nice scenary.

Cons:

There is no laundry service where we can wash our clothes. This hotel is for the short stay users, not for the long stay users. The interior of the hotel room is a bit old style like 90's however the room was always clean.
