Best chain Hotel ever
Pros:

This place was amazing. The free supper , breakfast , and 3 free adult beverages per adult was so nice . This hotel was packed and it was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at . Hotel was super clean , beds were super comfortable and pillows were amazing. Nothing negative to say . If all Drury's are This nice I'm a new customer from now on .

We love Drury Inn, this is first time we ever had a problem
Pros:

Friendly staff, food was excellent and location to Dr was good

Cons:

Bathroom sink was very slow draining, coffee pot did not work, we had to clean it, and it was still very slow. The pillows stunk like sweat. Just not what we are use to at Drury Inn

Excellence every time!
Pros:

Pleased as always with most of our experience at Drury Lakeshore in Birmingham Alabama. Grandson loved access to popcorn in evening. Food was served promptly, was hot & good variety, including items for children ages 13 & 7. Only 2 issues: recently renovated & heater on hot tub was not working one night. Maid did not complete cleaning of bathroom- no towels were left second night but quickly corrected by the desk staff overall it was a good experience. The price was excellent & meals allowed for easy, relaxing mini vacation w our grandchildren.
