Sotto le aspettative
Pros:

Personale gentile, sia in reception sia e soprattutto i due ragazzi durante la colazione, molto veloci e disponibili.
Bevande calde da bar e non da distributori automatici.
Posizione hotel abbastanza comoda.

Cons:

Camera tripla adattata a 4 parsone adulte. Letto matrimoniale, un divano letto ed un letto di minime misure posto in mezzo alla stanza davanti alla porta del bagno.
Bagno cieco e doccia molto sporca.
In camera presa per la corrente non funzionante, televisore con i pixel rotti per cui per il 40% lo schermo non era visualizzabile.
Una unica chiave per la stanza, in quattro.
Colazione a buffet molto scarna e di bassa qualità. Manca il pane.
L’hotel si presenta molto datato e poco curato.e non rispetta le caratteristiche previste in booking per una quadrupla. Non siamo riusciti a parlare con il responsabile.

La struttura è antica e anche nell'arredo mantiene lo stile. È ben organizzata, perfetta per visitare la città.

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konumu merkeze yürüme mesafesinde.

Camlarda ses yalıtımı düşük, gece sokaktan geçen tüm araçları duyuyorsunuz.

Pros:

Very good location not too far away from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and Piazzale Montelungo where all the tours operate but still in a quite area. Nice and gentle staff. Bathroom shower was ultra small but on the whole the room was comfortable equipped with Air conditioner which was so good as it was ultra hot.

Cons:

The Bathroom show was very small and an adult have to squeeze in to use it but that is the only thing as otherwise the room was very comfortable.
