Отсутствие звукоизоляции. Нам дали номер на троих, который располагался у ночного входа, было ужасно шумно. Изначально заказывали другой номер, персонал должен был предупредить о неудобстве. Такие номера нельзя сдавать. Завтрак ужасный, круассаны сырые.

No good! Be careful!
Pros:

I NEVER stayed here. I asked to cancel the reservation as soon as I arrived as the conditions of the hotel are pretty bad! The pictures don't match the hotel. I was very upset, still am. I was also asked to pay for the 3 days tax upfront cash! Please Don't stay there !

Cons:

Nothing matches the pictures on the website and I didn't stay there and they charges me. Awful people.

Frühstück war ok, Lage auch ok

Cons:

Der Zustand und insbesondere die Größe des Zimmers war aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht akzeptabel.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein und beengt.

Da uns kein Messgerät zur Verfügung steht, können wir die genauen Maße nicht angeben. Nach unserer Einschätzung ist es jedoch lediglich etwa ca. 2,40 m breit. Auch das Bett ist für zwei Personen äußerst schmal und nach unserer Einschätzung höchstens ca. 1,40 m breit.

Hinzu kommt der sehr schlechte bauliche Zustand. An mehreren Stellen blättert der Putz bzw. die Wandbeschichtung deutlich von den Wänden ab. Einige Stellen wirken zudem feucht. Ob tatsächlich Feuchtigkeit oder sogar Schimmel vorliegt, können wir ohne fachliche Prüfung nicht sicher beurteilen. Wir werden entsprechende Fotos als Nachweis beifügen.

Besonders unzumutbar waren die Platzverhältnisse im Badezimmer. Es ist derart schmal, dass man auf der Toilette nicht einmal normal gerade sitzen kann, sondern sich seitlich bzw. quer hinsetzen musste. Auch der Einstieg in die Dusche ist aufgrund der extrem beengten Verhältnisse kaum möglich gewesen.

Ein weiteres erhebliches Problem waren mehrere klappenartige Abdeckungen bzw. Öffnungen im Zimmer, deren genaue Funktion für uns nicht erkennbar war. An deren Rändern befand sich ein schätzungsweise etwa 1 cm breiter offener Spalt. Abends war hinter diesen Öffnungen Licht zu sehen, und durch die Spalten gelangten zahlreiche Moskitos in das Zimmer. Dadurch wurden wir während unseres Aufenthalts massiv von Moskitos gestochen. Ein erholsamer Schlaf war unter diesen Umständen kaum möglich. Auch diesen Zustand werden wir, soweit auf den Fotos erkennbar, dokumentieren.

Ebenso habe ich mir in dem unzumutbaren Bett einen Hexenschuss zugezogen.

Uns ist bewusst, dass sich das Hotel in Florenz befindet und die Preise dort entsprechend hoch sein können. Dennoch rechtfertigt die Lage aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls einen derartigen Zustand und derart beengte Platzverhältnisse bei einem Gesamtpreis von fast 500 € für lediglich drei...

Tutto perfetto, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Soggiorno per lavoro. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e offre un'ottima e abbondante colazione anche con torte fatte a mano. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e fermata della tramvia vicinissima. Staff disponibile e gentilissimo, consiglio per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Ok ma non ottimo
Pros:

Struttura bella, per carità, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione. Nella nostra stanza il lavabo era otturato tanto da risultare inutilizzabile e il pavimento rotto impediva di camminare scalzi perché ci si tagliava. In compenso il personale è stato molto cortese.
