Frühstück war gut. Zimmergröße auch. Schnell im Zentrum. Netter Service

Cons:

Keine Ablage in der Dusche. Sehr kleines Bad. Nachts sehr laut. Mücken im Zimmer

Would not stay again
Pros:

- Wonderful historic room, painted ceiling, gorgeous furniture, good WiFi
- Delicious continental breakfast, fresh coffee on request from lovely staff
- Very convenient location, 10 mins walk to edge of centre, 15 more mins to Ponte Vecchio
- Great air conditioning

Cons:

- Historic windows give no soundproofing to street noise, very loud vehicles all night
- Loud echoey corridors, staff make loud noise with laundry bags at 12/1am (got so little sleep that stamped wrong ticket on tram by accident, €40 fine)
- Nowhere nice to sit during the day, garden actually belongs to restaurant next door and is only accessible during breakfast or during lunch/dinner if you pay (indoor seating is 4 chairs in corridor next to vending machine)
- Manager & male receptionist very insulting & unhelpful (was offered gift in writing when I mentioned the above, but gift not given in person)
- Bathroom tatty, only hot water from tap

Pros:

Ottima struttura pulita ed accogliente. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione top facile da raggiungere ma fuori dalla confusione del centro, ma soprattutto è stato meraviglioso fare colazione nel cortiletto interno circondati da uccellini e profumo di gelsomini.

Super Preisleistungsverhältnis Mitten in Florenz
Pros:

Top Frühstück, schönes geräumiges romantisches Zimmer mit Deckenmalerei, sehr guter Service. Gute Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und dennoch sehr ruhig im Norden der Altstadt gelegen. Das Restaurant nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Aile olarak gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabileceğiniz bir hotel. Öncelikle güvenli ve sakin bir lokasyonda , her yere yürüyerek ulaştık zorlanmadık.Her gün oda temizliği yapıldı ,çarşaflar yenilendi.Yataklar rahattı.Odada su ısıtıcı ,kahve ,çay vs vardı.Kahvaltı lezzetliydi.Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi,her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz,yine burayı tavsiye ediyorum.

Cons:

Kahvaltıda her gün aynı menü vardı ,farklılıklar olsa daha iyi olurdu.Ayrıca odada klozet duşu çalışmıyordu,bide olsa daha iyi olurdu.Yine de çok memnun ayrıldık.

It was walkable to everything, great location, had amazing AC, yes you can hear the cars outside but it did not stop us

ACHTUNG, SEHR verdreckt und schäbig

Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich

Auf nachfra6ein neues Zimmer bekommen das eine Spur weniger verdreckt war

Cons:

Wer eine ansatzweise österreichische Hygiene gewohnt ist ist hier definitiv an der falschen Adresse
Es war schmutzig, eigentlich ekelig, kaputt ( Steckdosen nicht befestigt, Fliesen fallen von der Wand, Schimmel überall/ Bad/Fenster, alles geberell sehr verdreckt)
Der Kellner hat die Cornflakes und Toastverpackungen mit den Zähnen aufgerissen.
Frühstück nur mit Toastbrot möglich, es gibt nichts anderes, Säfte gab es in ekelig verdreckten Karaffen, Obst nach Nachfrage nachdem nur noch 3 Zitronen (davon 1 schimmelige) im Obstkorb waren - da ging der Front Office Manager aber dann sogar selbst zum Obst kaufen
Tomaten zum Frühstück ebenso verschimmelt
Kakao und Kaffee am roten Tag super danach nur wässrige Brühe je nachdem wer die Maschine bediente
Im ganzen Haus riecht es müffelig nach Schimmel
Leider habe ich nicht alles fotografiert weil mir so gegraust hat

Fazit eigentlich müsste ich Geld zurück verlangen

Chambre confortable et spacieuse avec du cachet (haut plafond).

Le coffre fort n'était pas fonctionnel.

Pros:

Leuke ontvangst door eceptie. Personeel in keuken op maandag tm vrijdag erg zorgzaam en berhulpzaam. En weet de klanten te pleasen.

Cons:

Ontbijtzaal is klein. het is behelpen. Zeker tijdens peiktijden. Ontbijtkeuze is beperkt.
Personeel in weekend is onvoldoende ervaren om gasten leuk te helpen. Veel kabaal in de keuken (borden , inruimen afwasmachine). Dat kan wel twee tandjes minder.
Om zondag 0930 stipt (!) wordt het buffet afgehaald, alsof het personeel de trein moet halen. Gasten komen voor een leeg buffet en eten de verpakte leftovers maar in hun kamer op.......

were wanted when they were a little short on display.
