Stunning hotel! The staff at the front desk were helpful and welcoming, the cleaning staff maintained a spotless hotel, and our room was beautifully clean everyday. The restaurant attached to the hotel provided a fantastic breakfast every morning, an evening meal there is highly recommended if you like seafood, our seafood stew was faultless. The hotel location is perfect if you want to be in easy walking distance of the main attractions or public transport to other parts of the city that aren’t central. I’ve would happily return to this hotel ❤️

Setup and facilities in room, particularly the bathroom. Inconveniences in charging iPhones. Shower, washing, and toiletries are all awkward and may even cause injuries.

The location was great and the staff was very helpful.
The facilities and cleanliness were fine but could be better.
Check in was quick and friendly we arrived early but our room was ready .
We had a room on 4 th floor perfect as it’s a busy street so we’re away from any noise .
Lift was out of order but as we were both reasonably fit was no issue, the luggage was taken up and down for us so again no issues.
The room was adequate in size for two nights and so central .
Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean.
Breakfast was absolutely excellent, great quality produce and plenty of variety.
Personeel was vanaf check-in heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook bij het boeken van Hop-on bus/tram/boot.
De valiezen werden naar de kamer gedragen en de kamer was rustig gelegen met uitzicht op het plein.
Restaurant was lekker plaatselijke gerechten en had ook heel lekkeren ter plaatse gemaakte Sushi .
De locatie was ook heel centraal gelegen als vertrekpunt.
Wij komen er bij gelegendheid zeker terug.

Location is convenient but the room’s facilities are inconvenient.
There is no place to put my personal things for example, side stands table is not convenient and no drawers for the small things.
