Internacional Design Hotel

On planning our trip to Lisbon when exploring hotels we decided on Internacional Design Hotel. We were not hiring a car and we wanted to be close to everything and this is perfect!
It's about a 20 minute drive from the airport to the hotel and on arrival around mid-day our room was actually ready which was great. The hotel is located at the top of the main street in Lisbon and is the actual perfect location! We were checked in quickly, they recommend a yellow bus/boat tour and then staff accompanied us to our room with our bags. Every floor appears to have a vibe, ours was Zen. The hotel is really cool with lots of modern art work dotted everywhere.
Our room was perfect double bed - which I requested prior to arrival as there was an option of twin beds-, bathroom with a huge shower, balcony onto the main thoroughfare, a TV, safe and fridge also in room And most important Air Conditioning!
We had included breakfast in our booking so that was on the ground floor restaurant area.
It's right on the main street so cool location to watch Lisbon wake up while having breakfast. Breakfast itself very relaxed atmosphere lots of staff on who were really helpful in supplying game with oat milk every morning for my coffee! Lots of options of fruit, pastries, hot food(not too hot) and also you have an option of omelettes and pancakes.
The hotel food was disappointing as it really wasnt very hot, scrambled eggs m bacon beans and small sausages.
However everything else was lovely.
The breakfast area is also a fish restaurant at night and as residents you get a discount for 1 meal we actually didn't avail of it but it's something to remember.
The hotel is really central you are just off two squares where a little market goes on certain days. It can be noisy outside at night but bring some earplugs and that aorta it!
The hotel overall was lovely 1 lift does get busy but for us having 4 days to explore Lisbon it was the perfect base. And also would 100% return!

O café da manhã é excelente com várias opções e o restaurante com ótima vista para a Rua Augusta e Praça do Rossio. A vista da varanda do quarto é incrível!

Nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedése azon a központi helyen, ahonnan minden közel elérhető volt. Az étterem csodás, a szakács elbűvölt. A személyzet kedves volt és felkészült.

The manager called Rita - 10/10 our flight was delayed and we were stuck in Paris and we ended I emailed her an instant response, she was very understanding and was able to refund us for the night we missed out on. Secondly, she paid attention to our honeymoon, once we checked in we received the Portugal famous pastry and then followed by a cake and champagne on arrival. We had room

A equipe continua sendo um dos grandes diferenciais do hotel, sempre extremamente educada, cordial e atenciosa, proporcionando um atendimento acolhedor e impecável. Além disso, a localização privilegiada e o excelente café da manhã tornam a estadia ainda mais especial. Sem dúvida, uma das melhores opções para quem deseja aproveitar Lisboa com conforto, qualidade e hospitalidade.

Good hotel with an awesome location. You cannot ask for a better location. Right on the most lively street in Lisbon. A short walk to the Praca do Comercio. Lots of stores, cafes, restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, kind and helpful staff, clean rooms. The only reason I didn’t rate 5/5 is because the window in our room was looking to a concrete wall and didn’t correspond to the photos on their website. Definitely if I return to Lisbon will book this hotel again.
