Great location, great value for money
Pros:

Very quiet hotel, excellent location.

Cons:

Bathroom dated but it was fine. Shower water pressure was amazing.

Great place to stay with very helpfull staff .
Pros:

The room was great, may have been newly renovated.
Location was excellent being close to the city and restaurants at Southbank.
Also very handy if attending any concerts at Hamer Hall.

Cons:

The only problem was the laundry pick up at 4.15am that could have been done more quietly. This could not be blamed on the hotel but rather the laundry contractors. In all fairness our room was right above the service entry/exit door to the street.

Very dusty and dirty under the beds. My kids were coughing and sniffling all night. The room was really warm with no way to make it cooler. Left over lollies and empty bottle on the floor.
