Pros:

Very central to all bars and dining, staying in a deluxe king room facing the yarra, great veiw of southbank.
Friendly staff at check in. No complaints, will stay again.

Comfortable and Convenient
Pros:

I liked the location, in line with a footbridge directly over to Flinders St Station. Quick elevators, a very very comfortable mattress, and everything we needed for our three night stay. A short walk to the convention centre, Crown, and the DFO. Our room at the end of the hallway was quiet.

Cons:

Our bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and we notified the front counter. To their credit they responded promptly and housekeeping were able to almost completely neutralise the smell. On that topic the bathroom was noticeably tired and needed some refreshing. I prefer to check in with a person, not a screen— but a staff member did greet me and made sure the screen was behaving.

Pros:

Very understanding staff, tidy room, were able to supply a cot for our 8 month old, and put us in a room with no neighbours which we were so thankful for as we didn’t have to worry too much about bubs making noise!

Great hotel in a wonderful location, the city at your doorstep
Pros:

I chose this property for its very convenient location. I was very pleased to have a room facing the city vista. My room was well appointed, comfortable size, quiet, everything I could wish for. I also appreciated the restaurant where I could have a bite to eat and coffee on arrival. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
