Have stayed here many times. This time it wasn’t very clean. Toilet was running there was No cutlery, no conditioner, nothing to wash dishes with, only 2 tea bags. Not very well kept

Ok but staff are very disinterested
Pros:

The accommodation was adequate, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.

The room itself was acceptable, however the bathroom floors were noticeably dirty on arrival, which immediately gave a poor impression of the hotel’s cleanliness standards.

I also ordered room service, which was extremely expensive for what was offered. To make matters worse, the order was never delivered, despite being charged and waiting a considerable amount of time.

Another concern was the professionalism of some staff members. On several occasions staff appeared to be socialising and playing around rather than focusing on guests and their responsibilities. This created the impression that customer service was not a priority.

While the hotel provided basic accommodation, the issues with cleanliness, service delivery, and staff professionalism meant the experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the price paid. I would hesitate to stay again unless these areas are improved.
