The staff was friendly and good location
Ants in hotel
The location was a good.
I was really disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my room was broken throughout my visit, which made the room unbearably hot. Although I was given a fan, it didn’t work, so it made no difference. I reported this three times to reception, and they sent a maintenance man, which made no difference either.
To make matters worse, the room was infested with ants, which was very unpleasant and not what I expected. I raised these issues, but they were not properly resolved.
Overall, the lack of working air conditioning and the ant infestation had a significant impact on my stay, and unfortunately I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Good hotel, within walking distance of O beach, Ibiza Rocks etc! Taxi rank right outside and a shop that sells good cans and bottles. Rooms were spacious and clean to an ok standard.
Balcony door didn’t lock and when I mentioned to the front desk they didn’t do anything. It made me feel unsafe as our room was only on the first floor and overlooked the pool. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Bugs living in the grout and soap/conditioner dried onto the shower door from the last guest.

The pool is great, the outside bar area is great. The hotel provides a transfer service to different areas of Ibiza which is useful when it’s available and no taxis available.
The hotel also has a shop that you can use for water snacks etc.
Taxi rank is also directly outside the hotel.
The hotel does not have enough sun loungers some days for hotel guests, I can imagine this is a problem throughout summer as peak season.
The air-con in the room does not work, it is more of a fan than anything cooling, our room was very hot at times especially when the humidity was high which made it very uncomfortable to sleep or relax and after 7 nights you start to get annoyed.

Clean room very good value for money for Ibiza

Great location, friendly staff, great size room and very clean. Also liked the pool area and how big it was and that there was a pool side restaurant and bar.

The price was very reasonable for what you get. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for two people. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety and was a great way to start the day.
What made our stay truly exceptional was the customer service. We arrived in Ibiza early in the morning after taking the ferry and were exhausted. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which honestly felt like they saved our day. We really appreciated their flexibility and kindness.
The team also went above and beyond by helping us arrange a motorbike rental and calling taxis whenever we needed one. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Great value for money, excellent service, and a comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit Ibiza!
