Important information:

The credit card used to make the reservation must be in the name of the person who will be staying at the establishment. In case of reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed and a copy of the credit card and the identity card of the cardholder must be presented.

The hotel check all credit cards in order to know if they are valids or not. The system charges 30€ and refund immediatley.

Only 1 dog or cat weighing a maximum of 20 kg per room is allowed on request. This service is subject to a supplement of EUR 22 per night per pet. In addition, a deposit of EUR 200 is required.

Everything is great if you don’t mind the noise.
Pros:

The hotel is great looking! Big rooms, very clean, equipted with everything that you might need!
The staff were very pleasant and helpfull.

Cons:

Noise! The walls and doors seem to be made of paper — you can hear everything.
Early in the morning, the cleaning staff (who do an excellent job) start cleaning, and there’s no more sleeping. Also, when people walk through the hallway and talk, it sounds like they are inside the room with us.
Such a shame for such a beautiful hotel!

Un hotel tranquilo y con un gran trato
Pros:

El trato del personal es excelente, incluso nos dejaron tomar algo estando ya todo cerrado, ya que llegamos bastante tarde.

Cons:

Estaba un poco alejado, aunque con una combinación de transportes excelente.

It wasn’t bad but could’ve been better
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking. I wish it was. 18 Euros is expensive per person!

Cons:

The rooms could have been more spacious. There was no microwave, kettle or an iron. Which would have been nice to have.
