Important information:

The credit card used to make the reservation must be in the name of the person who will be staying at the establishment. In case of reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed and a copy of the credit card and the identity card of the cardholder must be presented.

The hotel check all credit cards in order to know if they are valids or not. The system charges 30€ and refund immediatley.

Only 1 dog or cat weighing a maximum of 20 kg per room is allowed on request. This service is subject to a supplement of EUR 22 per night per pet. In addition, a deposit of EUR 200 is required.

Rooms are very decent and big. And the common area like the restaurants are very clean, modern and nice.

Cons:

I had this chair in my room and it was very old and dirty. I would not like to have something which looks not good at all and is kinda old.

Personnel très agréable

Cons:

Spa non inclu dans l'offre contrairement au gym.
Offre de sejour avec diner mais qui n'inclut pas la boisson.
Assez loin du centre (mais tout de meme accessible en transport)
Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes dans la chambre.

Hermoso hotel y gran atención
Pros:

Excelente hotel.
Habitación espaciosa,
Gran desayuno.
Personal amable.
Lejos del centro, pero con buses a metros del hotel y Metro bastante cerca.
La zona es tranquila, está a metros del centro La Maquinista donde encuentras de todo.

Outdated and overpriced
Pros:

The location was very convenient for us, next to the Westfield shopping center. The parking lot is also a big advantage (albeit it costs 20 Eur/day). The staff at the reception - very polite and trying to be helpful as much as it is possible. We had an issue with the lights in our room, which could not be fixed in the weekend, and they kindly offered a free hour at the SPA.

Cons:

This hotel was probably rated 4 stars in the 1990s, as the furnishings and equipment are quite outdated. Our room had peeling wallpaper, there were visible scuff marks and cracks on the furniture, we found strands of hair on the bedsheets, and the bathtub had dents and signs from patchy fixes. To top things off, the electrical wiring was defective - when you take the key card out of the wall slot, all the light bulbs in the room start flickering. We notified the reception and the only solution was to keep the key card in the slot. They promised they would get this fixed as soon as possible. All in all, we did not feel it was good value for the money. We have stayed in much better hotels in Barcelona for the same rate. Next time we will choose better.

Hakim was an exceptional young man going above and beyond. Staff like Hakim make this establishment a joy to be in.
Pros:

Nice property, clean and good breakfast.

Would have preferred closer to centre however this has everything you need next to it. If you’re looking for a more quiet holiday this is perfect.
