Pros:

Updated, some things didn't work.

Cons:

We booked online and the reservation was across town. We had to drive across the city to get to the correct location. Bad Idea Naming it the SAME Name!!!

Pros:

I've stayed here a few times recently and it is a very nice place. It's spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast very good. I enjoy the room decor and the beds have been wonderful. Most importantly, I feel safe and comfortable there. I'm an elderly woman and my husband is in the hospital nearby.

I have nothing negative to say.

Cons:

The internet was down. We sat in lobby for 2 hours before we could get a room. Very upsetting as we arrived very tired
