Excellent location and outstanding staff! The hotel is in a great location. There is a tram stop right next to the hotel, and the tram system works very well, making it very convenient to visit all the main attractions in Istanbul.
A special thank you to Mehmet Can for his exceptional help and kindness. He assisted us with a check-in, which was greatly appreciated. On our last night, I became ill around 1:00 AM. Mehmet Can took the time to find an open pharmacy, personally ordered a thermometer for me, brought herbal tea with lemon and even a cold cloth for my forehead. His care and willingness to help went far beyond what I would normally expect from hotel staff. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again.
The area can be a little noisy in the morning, so it may not be ideal for people who like to sleep late. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Location was exceptional for exploring the old city and proximity to the tram station made travelling around extremely convenient. The staff were very friendly and helped with directions, shopping and restaurant suggestions. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The rustic decor gave the place an old world charm.
The trams running in front of the hotel were both a boon and a bane - whilst it facilitated travel around the city, it can be quite noisy during the day.
We had a great stay! Irfan at the reception was extremely helpful and professional. We had made two separate bookings, which originally meant changing rooms, but thanks to his assistance, we were able to stay in the same room throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent. Both the Sirkeci metro station and tram station are very close — less than 100 meters away. We usually prefer staying in this area because it is very easy to reach anywhere in Istanbul.
Our room was on the back side with a wonderful view of Galata Tower. Overall, a very pleasant experience — highly recommended!
Zentral, in der Altstadt gelegenes Hotel, innerhalb 5-10 Minuten ist man an der Hagia Sophia, dem Topkapi Palast oder an den Fähren am Bosporus.
Kleines Hotel mit guten Zimmern, sauber, freundliches Personal und ordentlichem Frühstück.
Insgesamt für den Preis empfehlenswert.
Straßenbahn und Muezzin Rufe lassen einen in der Nacht öfters mal aufwachen.

Abbiamo chiesto una stanza sul retro per non sentire il rumore della strada e abbiano dormito bene.

L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stato il riscaldamento. Caloriferi spenti e aria condizionata non funzionante.
Dopo aver chiesto hanno attivato il calorifero del bagno (che poi era davvero bollente) ma il calorifero della camera da letto è rimasto freddo gelato.
La ubicación , la proximidad a la estación del tranvia con el que nos movíamos, el spa en el mismo edificio ( un hada nos brindó un baño turco en pareja)
Y capitulo aparte Selim que nos asesoró en todo momento y ante cualquier inquietod.
