The ordering of drinks on the patio was a pain. It should have been pointed out that we could have ordered from the bar and taken the drinks to the patio ourselves.
Service on the patio was spotty at best.
Later on Sat night when we arrived back at the hotel bar/lounge area, my friend wanted to have a tea and the option was not available at that location, rather disappointing .
It was way too hot in a room,cant open a window, no fan of air conditioning either...
Location and views were nice. Had some food in the restaurant and it was very nice.
Room was a bit stuffy at night time.

The room was nice but dated and a bit worn. The bed was very comfortable.
I still cannot belive that hotels are allowed have showers in the bath as it is a health and safety nightmare. the water took ages to heat up whilst running the taps. Breakfast was ok but the porridge was very watery and I was looking forward to a health breakfast.
The location of the room was perfect, very close to the lift!

The food menu in the Marina bar was a little limited. I was just looking for something small to eat, similar to what was on the in-room menu but it was totally different.
There was no resident's bar, which I thought was quite unusual.
The location of the toilet in the en-suite, behind the door, was quite cramped.
Tea/coffee facilities in the room are very outdated.

Room quite dated and dusty. Not really deep cleaned. Uncomfortable bed and terrible pillows. Should be thrown out and replaced.

Car park seemed permanently full, leading to ignorant guests parking in front of others and blocking them in.
