La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba muy limpia , la cama era muy grande y cómoda. Además el servicio de piscina y sauna estaban incluidas en el precio y pudimos disfrutar de una clase de aguagym! Pedimos que nos trajesen la cena a la habitación por un suplemento de 7€ y la cena estaba riquísima y eran grandes cantidades

Service very poor
We had a suite as I had stayed here last year and requested an upgrade . The room was three times the size of a normal room with full floor to ceiling windows and a river view. We were on floor three and it was quiet at night . No passing traffic
I had to go down to reception and rejected the first room allocated because it didnt have a full river view . They changed it for us with no problem.
