Bezahlen der Hotelkosten am Abend, aber ausstellen der Rechnung erst am nächsten Morgen und dabei lange Wartezeit beim Checkout, weil natürlich viele gleichzeitig auschecken. Nur ein Desk besetzt und die Mitarbeiterin offensichtlich überfordert

Tolle Lage mit Schwächen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Liegt fußläufig nur wenig Minuten vom Bahnhof und vom See entfernt, Innenstadt ebenfalls. Frühstück ist für den Preis üppig und der Frühstückraum ist geräumig, sodass auch bei stärkeren Besuch ein Platz zu finden ist. Gut ist auch, dass das Hotel über eine eigene Tiefgarage verfügt, so muss man sich nicht mit den Parkgebühren und Regeln in Bregenz auseinander setzten. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist, zumindest, das was wir bewohnten, in die Jahre gekommen. Sichtbar wurde dies im WC/Duschbereich. Hier wäre dringender Handlungsbedarf. WC Keramik rissig, Schwarzer Spülstein oder sonstig unschöne Ablagerung, WC-Bürsten sollten regelmäßig getauscht werden. Ablagerung an den Scharnieren der Dusche und beginnender Schwarzschimmel an Teilen der Fugen entsprechen, zusammen mit dem oben benannten Mängeln, nicht dem Preisen, die für die Zimmer verlangt werden. Wechsel des Zimmer war wegen der starken Belegung rund um das Kraftwerk-Konzertes nicht möglich / schwierig. Der Zustand wurde daher aus der Mangellage akzeptiert, hätten sonst Zimmer oder Hotel gewechselt.
