- Breakfast was very good, enough variety and quality food
- The staff was very kind, they even served us coffee even it was very late night, after our check in.
- The room was furnished with old but nice and classical furniture, and we had a tiny balcony.

Cons:

- The neighborhood was a little scary at first. But its walking distance to the center. And inside the hotel, everything was fine.

Quando l’ospitalità fa la differenza

l’esperienza è stata positiva sotto ogni punto di vista.
La struttura è elegante, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. La pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile, sia nelle camere sia nelle aree comuni, un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato.
La colazione e varia, con prodotti di qualità, dolci e specialità per soddisfare ogni gusto. Un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata.
Ci ha colpito anche la grande attenzione ai particolari: dagli arredi all’atmosfera, tutto contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante.
Un ringraziamento speciale va al signor Silvio della reception, una persona estremamente gentile, professionale e disponibile. Grazie ai suoi preziosi consigli sugli itinerari da seguire, sui luoghi da visitare e sui locali dove mangiare, abbiamo potuto vivere al meglio la nostra permanenza a Catania.

Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade auf eine Suite, die wirklich wunderwunderschön ist! Das Personal ist superfreundlich! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Ganz ehrlich - der Kaffee schmeckt für italienische Verhältnisse und auch angesichts dass es doch ein 4**** Hotel ist nicht sooo gut; es wäre super, wenn man draußen in der wunderschönen Laube frühstücken könnte

Jättebra och fint boende med väldigt välkomnande personal. Läget på en sidogata utan störande trafik var perfekt. Inte den snyggaste omgivningen men hotellet ligger nära stadskärnan med sevärdheter och bussar

Ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen was uns gut gefallen hat: Das überaus hilfreiche Personal, das nette Zimmer, das hervorragende Frühstück, die sichere Unterbringung unseres Autos, die Tips für Catania….

Cons:

Die Straßen rund um das Hotel sind für unsere Verhältnisse nicht sehr schön, allerdings ist man mit wenigen Schritten an allen wichtigen Orten der Innenstadt.

Sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Wir wurden richtig verwöhnt und haben viele Information über Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurant-Tipps bekommen.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr gut. Es gibt frisches Obst sowie eine große Auswahl an süßen, pikanten und auch warmen Speisen.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber.
