Sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Wir wurden richtig verwöhnt und haben viele Information über Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurant-Tipps bekommen.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr gut. Es gibt frisches Obst sowie eine große Auswahl an süßen, pikanten und auch warmen Speisen.
Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber.

Wunderbare Stadt, Hotel ist sehr schön und familiär

Frühstück ist hier sehr gut, auch Früchte angeboten
Hotel ist zentral gelegen, zu Fuß alles sehr gut erreichbar. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Tipps erhalten, z.B wo Essen, genaue Angaben zu den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erhalten usw.

This hotel is an absolute please to stay in. Beautiful art deco decor, stunning glass and decorations. Beautiful bathroom with mirrors and gorgeous tiles. The staff go above and beyond to give assistance. Highly recommend.

朝食だけが惜しい、スタッフと雰囲気は最高のクラシックホテル
Pros:

部屋のデザインが本当に素敵でした。いわゆる「リバティ様式（イタリア版アール・ヌーヴォー）」を基調にしたクラシックで可愛らしい雰囲気で、華やかな壁紙やファブリック、アンティーク調の家具や照明が統一されていて、まるで昔のヨーロッパの邸宅に泊まっているような気分になれました。建物自体も20世紀初頭のリバティ様式のヴィラを改装したもので、細部までこだわりが感じられます。

スタッフは本当に最高でした。観光やレストラン、移動方法などをとても親切に教えてくれて、説明もわかりやすく、滞在中かなり助けられました。おすすめ情報も実際に役立つものばかりで、おかげでカターニアをより楽しめました。スタッフのホスピタリティの高さは、このホテルの大きな魅力だと思います。

Cons:

残念だったのは朝食です。部屋やサービスの満足度がとても高かっただけに、朝食は期待を下回りました。ここが改善されれば間違いなく「100％おすすめ」と言えるホテルだと思います。

Lovely but ask for a room on the first floor.
Pros:

Hotel is lovely and Marco and Valentina could not have been more helpful and the hotel interiors are lovely.

Cons:

Only comment I would make is Room 108 on the ground floor is lovely but has no natural light with double doors opening onto a small area for smoking directly adjacent to a building next door. Also an airconditioning unit outside the bathroom doors. Lighting is either bright overhead or lovely table lamps. Having said that, I recommend this beautiful restored boutique art nouveau boutique hotel.
