Central location and friendly helpful staff

Cons:

We had a ground floor inward facing room which had no natural light and just looked at a wall . Immaculately furnished but missed the light and a view .

We were comfortable and enjoyed the location
Pros:

The location was good in that it was a short walk to many sights and old town centre.
I appreciated all the great toiletries provided!
The bathroom was spacious! A bidet is a great extra.
Daily water supply is super.
Gowns and slippers provided.
Helpful front of house.

Cons:

No porter to help with luggage.
The liberty is a grand old lady and needs a refurb.
It has a tired but comfortable look.
