Cons:

O quarto não estava pronto, eram 17h e ainda não estava pronto. Checkin confuso, poucas pessoas treinadas. Tinham outros hóspedes com problemas de não conseguir entrar nos quartos por não estrem prontos.

Cama muito boa, café da manhã excelente( equipe café da manhã muito atenciosos).

Cons:

O chek-in muito demorado e confuso , cadastrou chave em apartamento errado . Nós colocaram em um quarto adaptado( na minha reserva não constava isso) . Nós estávamos com uma criança de 4 anos e também não tinha nenhuma cama extra para ele .

Pros:

It is basically just the location. Breakfast is OK, but there are better in São Paulo.

Cons:

Gym is ok, but very basic for this kind of hotel, and this price. Room is decent, but again, for this category/price, not quite enough. Biggest issue is, for this kind of hotel (5 stars) and the price, you'd expect much better.
