Personeel was er vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was netjes en ruim.

Great hotel
Pros:

I loved room, it was so spacious. The hotel building is antique, very pleasant. The staff was very very helpful - Natalia, Violetta. I have enjoyed my stay there.

No problems with reservation, went it as expected.

Cons:

There are stairs inside if you have luggages or stroller it is challenging, but manageable. There are lifts inside, but not barrier-free (well as one would guess in the Prague's old town)

Krásné pokoje s pěkným výhledem na hrad, milý personál, který nám vyšel vstříc na snidani. Hezky hotel na super miste za dobrou cenu.

Cons:

Dost byl slyšet hluk z chodby a z pokojů z patra nad námi. Snídaně by mohla být bohatší, ale nebyla špatná.

Pros:

Hotel se nachází primo pod Pražským hradem, výhledy krásné na obě strany. Recepční milé a ochotné. Chutné a krupave pečivo, čerstvé bylinky, zázvor a citron k přípravě čaje.

Cons:

Byli jsme trochu zklamaní ze snídaně, spali jsme jednu noc, takže nevíme, jestli se obměňuje, ale nebyla míchaná vajíčka ani Nutella.

Schönes Hotel mit Reinigungsmakel :(
Pros:

-kleines ruhiges Hotel mit guter Lage
-Schön eingerichtet

Cons:

-Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern nur in Englisch möglich
-erst nach Aufforderung am 3. TAG wurde eine Zimmerreinigung vorgenommen und neue Handtücher getauscht (wir haben auch extra zahlen müssen wegen Hund, da muss eigentlich eine tägliche Reinigung drin sein)

Naš dojam
Pros:

Sam hotel je bio super te je opravdao naša očekivanja. Doručak je imao dobru i bogatu ponudu za različite ukuse. Soba je prostrana i komotna s lijepom kupaonicom.

Cons:

Odlučili smo se uzeti uslugu prijevoza od zračne luke do hotela te obratno. Dva puta smo na recepciji potvrđivale da li je naš prijevoz do zračne luke ugovoren, na što nam je rečeno da je. Na dan odlaska, spustile smo se u 6.10 ujutro na recepciju i čekale našeg prijevoznika. Budući da nije došao u narednih 15ak minuta niti nam se javio, a mi smo morali ići radi našeg leta, otišli smo Uberom do zračne luke. Poslale smo poruku putem Bookinga u sam objekt, međutim, ni 2 dana poslije nitko nam se nije javio iz hotela niti smo dobili informaciju o tome što se dogodilo s vozačem, tako da je cijela ta situacija utjecala na naš ukupni dojam. Također, bilo je rečeno da je cijena 60 eura u oba pravca, radi čega je bilo očekivano da je trošak u jednom pravcu 30 eura, međutim, kada smo došli na lokaciju, vozač nam je rekao da je cijena 34 eura što smo platili.
