Overall very safe comfortable stay.
Pros:

I like that rooms were clean Spacious and both room had balcony. There was kitchen. It was quiet and I safe. Grocery store was close by. Staff especially front desk people were very helpful.

Cons:

Kitchen didn’t have any cooking dish so how can I cook. Gym was closed because of construction.

Tudo muito antigo. Microondas sujo, lancheira do café velha. Itens do café não condizem com o preço. Hotel precisa de uma reforma, quarto com aspecto de velho.

Cons:

O apto encontra-se com cheiro ruim, necessita de reformas. O Manobrista é de uma má educação terrível, aliás já passou da hora do Mercure trocar essa empresa, ou seria muito mais fácil o hospede estacionar o seu próprio carro. A comida do restaurante é péssima. Pedi canja para minha filha que estava com gastroenterite e a sopa era pura gordura do resto da carne que devia ter sido feita. O picadinho veio frio, via-se perfeitamente que foi congelado. Nunca mais como nesse restaurante, péssimo, mais valia esta fechado!
