Everything was great until the free shuttle didn't stop
Pros:

staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Front desk contacted free shuttle and the shuttle went right past the hotel. Didn't respond to follow up calls until they reached the airport. We ended up having to get a lyft.

Best affordable hotel convenient for everything
Pros:

Very close to airport. Great secure free parking. Immaculate condition. Free breakfast was perfect to start the day. Loved having fridge and microwave in room. Free shuttle came in handy when we returned our rental car early.

Convenient to airport and near a good restaurant.
Pros:

Breakfast was typical for free breakfast. The lady working it was exceptionally good at cleaning tables and counters often. She was also pleasant.

I will stay at the Aura again when I need to be near the SFo airport.
Pros:

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean; the bed was comfortable; the staff very pleasant and helpful; the shuttle was prompt and free.
