Excelente recepção na Itália/Roma

Foi o primeiro hotel em que nos hospedamos na nossa viagem à Itália, a recepção foi ótima, a equipe fez nos sentirmos bem recebidas e nos ofereceu suporte para diferentes demandas, inclusive todos os funcionários que entramos em contato falavam inglês. Achei o quarto bastante confortável e silencioso. O café da manhã habitualmente é servido no terraço, porém estava nublado/chovendo nos dias que passamos em Roma, então ele foi servido em outro cômodo, e estava saboroso, com boa variedade de alimentos.

Hôtel très bien placé mais trop cher au regard du volume de la chambre et de sa situation.
Pros:

1/ Personnels très sympathiques et accueillants
2/ Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre historique
3/ Lieu du petit-déjeuner et fin de journée sur le rooftop.
4/ Large choix proposé au petit-déjeuner
5/ Changement des serviettes de bain chaque jour.
6/ Remise en forme et ménage de la chambre et salle d'eau tous les jours
7/ Ascenseur (max 2 pers. sans bagage) petit mais très appréciable.
8/ Garde des bagages si besoin le jour du départ

Cons:

1/ Chambre très très petite et fenêtre opaque qui une fois ouverte donne sur un mur situé à environ 3 mètres max.
De fait chambre très sombre qui nécessite d'allumer l'éclairage en permanence.
2/ Cabine de douche quart de cercle très très petite
3/ Ventilation salle d'eau extrêmement bruyante
4/ Accessoirement absence de chaine française sur la télévision
