Disappointing Stay

Location, have stayed many times usually very good

We requested dog friendly room and didn’t get it,
Room smelt really bad like drains
Went for Breakfast at 8am 30 mins after opening and hardly any food left, i believe coach trip had stayed overnight and had just all been for breakfast. Nothing was replenished ,
Staff did apologise and generally helpful but hotel was full.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gut gekühlt. Grosses badezimmer/WC.
Hotel ist 5 min zu fuss von der Grenze der altstadt weg. Information 24/7 besetzt.
Zimmer hat jeden Tag zimmerservice.

Cons:

Englisch des informationspersonal durfte ein wenig besser sein. Sind trotzdem sehr behilflich

Cons:

135€ por esta habitación nos parece muy caro Además teniendo habitaciones libres nos dieron una con ventaja hacía plaza de toros haciendo un festival nocturno. Se oía todo.

Camas cómodas. Habitación amplia. Solamente nos alojamos una noche.

Cons:

Iluminación del baño, demasiado oscura y amarilla. Parking 18€ el día y no tiene comunicación directa con el hotel.
