Beautiful and luxurious!
Pros:

We booked the Sercotel Toledo Renacimiento but were contacted by the hotel staff advising that the property was not available due to unforeseen sir come stances. We were upgraded to SERCOTEL ALFONSO VI at no extra charge (4 star, so I am reviewing Sercotel Alfonso VI) and we were pleasantly surprised, the room was beautiful and very roomy. Comfortable extra large bed, seating lounge area, and huge bathroom. Location was central and close to shops. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

We liked everything about the property!!

El personal de recepción del viernes 24 por la tarde, demostró muy poca profesionalidad .No creemos que supiera qué significa una reserva hotelera, ni lo que implica.
Debería mejorar su trato con los clientes .
El resto del personal perfecto tanto en recepción, como en restauración y limpieza.

Hotel, acogedor y cómodo en el centro de Toledo
Pros:

La ubicación en pleno centro de Toledo, al lado del Alcázar .La habitación estaba reformada, y limpia la cámara muy cómoda así como las almohadas.
