The room and beds are very comfortable, but the sofa bed make too much sound

Excellent customer service along with prompt room service.

Cons:

The appliance didn't work, and the fridge made too much noise at night. Even the dishwasher isn't functioning; we need to turn it on and off several times. The fish smell came from the room. The room service attendant came, noticed the bad smell, and put in the humidity pump, but we can still smell it. We think the fridge might be broken, since that smell seems to come from behind the stove and the fridge. Otherwise, everything is very clean.

Great stay in a mountainside lodge style hotel with plenty to do nearby
Pros:

Great setting, enjoyed the pool. We were upgraded to a larger 2 bed apartment.

Cons:

One room had a fridge im which was noisy and not ideal.

Perfect family suite
Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom lock off unit which easily slept our party of 5. It included a full kitchen, views of the pool and perfect location. While there are restaurants in building they are not technically connected to the hotel.

Localização é ótima, bem central, a uma curta caminhada da gôndola de Whistler, menos de 10 minutos. O transfer para chegar na Gôndola é um diferencial. O apartamento é muito confortável, cozinha ótima, completa. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, principalmente as camareiras que faziam a limpeza do apartamento.

Just back from an amazing trip to Whistler and stayed at this wonderful resort. Everything you need is right there or nearby. The village stroll makes everything convenient. The staff was amazing and the resort is so clean and well managed. We will be back soon to enjoy this Marriott again and of course the activities of Whistler.

Convenient location with exceptional front desk staff
Pros:

We recently stayed at Delta Hotels Whistler Village Suites, and as a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, we've had the opportunity to stay at many Marriott properties. This hotel is in an unbeatable location in Whistler Village, within walking distance of lifts, shops, and numerous restaurants. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, and hot tubs. We did run into a few issues with our suite upon late arrival, and the hotel feels a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Housekeeping could also be more attentive. However, the front desk staff - Han, Georgia, Elise, and Flavio were wonderful and quickly resolved our issues, helping to ensure we still had a relaxing and fun stay.
