PESSIMO ANCHE PER UNA SOLA NOTTE

La posizione vicina all'autostrada. La gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Sono arrivata in tarda serata, nella camera assegnata non era presente la carta igienica e ho trovato diversi capelli nel lavandino. Alla mia rimostranza mi è stata cambiata la camera, con una con bagno disabili. Peccato per la vasca con la tenda di plastica vecchia e rovinata . Moquette non commentabile, macchiata e polverosa come tutta la camera. Pulizia scarsissima. La sala colazione alle 8 del mattina era piena di tavoli da sparecchiare, pane congelato, caffè della macchinetta pessimo. Per quello che costa non è consigliabile, compreso il garage 12 euro (ma fuori ha pochissimi posti auto)

Prima volta che vado in hotel è non c'è almeno un piccolo frigo, avevamo sede nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua abbiamo dovuto scendere alle 2 del mattino a comprare una bottiglia d'acqua

Rompere coglioni this was used by a female receptionist to the other, they soon realised my husband is Italian and understood.
Room cleaning cups was left, reported issue with main sink basin holding water with no flow. The sink was blocked.
Bed was hard and really uncomfortable.
I changed accommodation as I was very disappointed. Travel to Florence only options was taxi or bus, which was unpredictable.
