ホテルをベースに函館を満喫できました。
Pros:

とにかく駅近(駅前)で観光に出るにもタクシーを呼んでもらってすぐに来る。
3泊4日の滞在でタクシーを8回使いました。

最上階の宿泊者だけが利用できるラウンジが
落ち着けた。

連泊の場合、部屋の清掃は1日おき。資源の保護の観点からは評価できますね。

Cons:

スタッフの対応はとても良いからまぁ普通までまちまち。

食事内容も普通の上かな…

Pros:

Amazing stay at this hotel. It’s exceptionally clean, staff are amazing and very helpful. Location is ideal. Lots of variety at the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

Plenty of amenities provided, location right across the station, clean bathroom, comfortable size room for one person, approachable staff. I requested for a room with a view, thank you for accommodating the request. Great value for money, would come again!

満足してます。既に5回程宿泊してますが夜はレストランhs開けて欲しい。
Pros:

スタッフの対応が良かった。但し朝食の対応は余り良く有りません。当方連泊しておりますので細かい対応して頂きたいです。

The location was quite good. There was a nice snack n small beverage available at the top floor.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly and unapproachable. I was shocked when i was told that no aircon was available for the rooms. In the booking, it was clearly stated that there is air-conditioning.

Posizione eccellente, davanti alla stazione e ciononostante silenziosa e tranquilla. Personale gentile e disponibile, era possibile comunicare senza problemi. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa e ben pulita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare, avevano indicato la camera come con vista panoramica, e in effetti aveva un'ampia visuale della piazza della stazione e delle montagne dietro, ma ci aspettavamo la vista sul monte Hakodate.

Pros:

Location - very close to the station, ideal for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Whenever I stay at this hotel, I get a brick wall outside my window ! Maybe because I only usually stay one night and they have to give it someone!

Excellent quality
Pros:

Room was very clean, staff were all friendly

Cons:

The only thing that I didnt like , and thats me nitpicking, would be that if you sleep in a little the cruise ships might blast the horn since youre close to the docks

Overall good hotel
Pros:

Super close to the morning seafood market. Also very close to Hakodate station. Super convenient. Easy to get taxi and close by to tram as well. Breakfast buffet was great. Many selection and delicious.

Cons:

Aircond was not working well. It was very warm at night. I can't open the window to let the air in because of the wind was so strong and slammed the window shut a few times plus the sound of wind howling so we couldn't sleep. Very warm and hard to sleep because it was hot in the room.
