Happy with our hotel choice and have good time in Hakodate.
Pros:

Location next to the train and bus station and the morning market. The tram stop is also nearby so you can just hop on and go to other attractions.

Cons:

The lift should have english wordings for door open / close or arrow signage. It's in Japanese so we not sure which button to press to keep the lift door open for other user.

客層や時期もあるかもしれませんが落ち着いていて総じて満足です！
Pros:

ロケーション、清潔感ともに最高でした！清掃が入らない日にもタオルやゴミの回収があればより良かったです！（あるのだとしたら説明はなかったです）

Cons:

紹介ページではリファのドライヤーやシャワーヘッド、ヘアアイロンなどが載っていましたが、特にそんなものは無く、残念でした。それ以外は満足です！

Great stay, close to the train station and fish market
Pros:

The service and the position was excellent. The room was small be manageable. The absolute bonus was the free bar/cafe. It was a great way to mix with people and enjoy some free drinks, nuts and biscuits

Cons:

The mattress and pillows were a little uncomfortable but that’s typical of Japan

Great location and excellent hotel
Pros:

Good location close to the train & bus stations and tram line. Very comfortable with helpful staff who looked after our bags the day we checked out. Wonderful bar on 13th floor with sky line view and reasonably priced.

Cons:

All good, nothing to dislike
