Hôtel classique bien placé.
Pros:

C'est un bon hôtel, bien placé.
Le personnel d'accueil est très empressé et essaie de trouver une solution pour les visites.
La chambre est correcte, sans plus. Avec cette marque, on a forcément des attentes ! Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bon. Parking à prix correct.

Cons:

L'hôtel date un peu. Nous avons dîné au restaurant et n'avons pas trouvé le repas d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.

ホテルの朝食とても満足です！

フロントの方の対応が丁寧でした。

Cons:

朝食のレストランのキャッシャー対応してくれた男性のスタッフの方の対応が残念でした。朝食なしで予約してましたがレストランで朝食をとることにしました。
その際にレストランで支払うかルームチャージをするか尋ねられたのでルームチャージでお願いしたのですがやはり宿泊代と朝食代を分けて会計してほしくてその旨お伝えしたところあからさまにめんどくさそうな雰囲気で対応されました。変更お願いした私が悪いのですがあからさまに不快な対応をされるととても残念でした。フロントスタッフの方の対応はとても丁寧で親切でした。

We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights at the hotel and the 4 days touring in Nagasaki.
Pros:

We like the breakfast, the built-in carpark, the relatively low room rate and the location being adjacent to Glover Garden and the historic Oura Cathedral.

Cons:

The hotel probably had outdated renovation as lots of wear and tear were observed on door frames, wall papers, etc.
The staff seemed not to have good command in English and tended to have communicated incorrect info to us. However they were supported by a colleague who was a native speaker of English and was helpful. All of them were very friendly anyway.
Besides, there was no restaurant within walking distance from the hotel which was opened in the evening. On the first night we ended up dining in the hotel which served good food but choices were limited. On the other 2 nights we had dinner in the AMU Plaza which was located at the Nagasaki JR Station.
