Good clean rooms , best check in/out process , amazing location to DT
Pros:

Great room, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location, easy to walk to the strip. Best checking in/out process ever ! That was a huge plus for me.

Pros:

I loved how clean it was, well taken care of, great amenities, so cute and cozy. I would 100% stay again. I loved how respectful this hotel is with their “quiet time.” And very easy check in

Perfect!!!
Pros:

The location was super convenient, and the staff were always quick to respond. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back for skiing in the winter!

No frills but good location
Pros:

The best part was the location. The room was very basic, no frills ! Nice to have a good mini fridge and microwave.

Cons:

Just small inconveniences. No dresser with drawers just cubby space. The bathroom did not have much extra room to put our toiletries. Unable to plug my hair dryer because the mirror was in the way. The metal bed frame was in the way so we would run into it.

Good location, but that’s the only good thing about this hotel.

Filthy, the code provided to unlock the door didn’t work, there’s no staff on the premises and no way to contact anyone.

Great stay at the Blue Jay
Pros:

The room was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed for a great stay in Lake Tahoe. The location is excellent. It is easy walking distance to the casinos and lots of places to eat and also not far from the lake. There is also a small, well kept pool. While not inexpensive, for the area I think it’s a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The A/C can be a bit noisy.

Decent room and convenient location
Pros:

The location and contact free checkin were great. The room and bathroom were nice and clean.

Cons:

One of the beds had a mattress that compressed so much that the sides were sloping and you could fall off the bed. Lack of charging ports near the beds. There were only 2 USB outlets and one of them didn’t work. Shower is too small. Staircases and property were not cleaned. Still giving it an 8/10 since there were no hygiene issues or problems we couldn’t work around inside the room.

Super cute lodge. Location is really good close to the Main Street and food. Beds are comfy!

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Rooms look to be recently remodeled but already showing some wear and tear, pant and chipped door frames

Parking is really tight and walls are pretty thin, contactless check in has is +\- But staff responded fast to emails

Overall such a small room
Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

The room is so small for 4 adults and the shower is extra small that my husband and my son have to squeeze themselves in it and to bend their heads to use the shower, the floor is so dirty that our feet become so dirty and that’s so disgusting

Location was not worth the price that we paid.

The value wasn’t there. The towel quality was low and very thin. There was a lot of dust in the room during our stay and overall just felt for what we paid, wasn’t worth the price tag.
