Pros:

Location is great, next to the Casinos and shops.
Room decor was very nice, beds were comfy.
Free parking on the property.

Cons:

Pool wasn't heated.
No one was there at check-in to ask questions, everything was done remotely.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The property is located right in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, close to every where you’d like to visit.. Yet, the area is quiet and pleasantly to walk around. We had a king room that is large and has everything we needed. The bed is clean and comfortable and the shower has good hot water. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We spent three nights there and greatly enjoyed.

Cons:

When we arrived the first night and opened the designated room with key code provided, someone was in the bed! That was bizarre. The issue was quickly resolved after we called front desk assistant. The other day we could not open the door of the laundry room with the key code given in the guest book, and the issue was also quickly resolved after we texted the front desk assistant (Rain). Rain was very responsible and also sent someone to help explain how to operate the washer and dryer. Great staff!

Pros:

The location of the property and the amenities gave us everything we needed to have a relaxing time. Our favorite part was the spa bath at the end of a long night.

All and all it was a great stay and great location
Pros:

They have done a beautiful job remodeling this lodge and it’s very close to walk to every thing . Short walk to the lake.

Cons:

What I did not like was the pillows on the bed were horrible. Someone bought the cheapest pillows available and then tore up the cotton in them so the were all lumps of bald up cotton pillows. These pillows aren’t good enough for the homeless. They must invest in better pillows or don’t even offer a so called pillows. Most nights everyone followed the quiet rule but Saturday night the guy above me woke me at midnight to two am playing ball with his dog. Sounded like thunder in my room. They do say in the beginning that the walls are very thin in this lodge so from 9 to 7 AM you were to be quiet. When they say the walls are very thin, they are very very thin.

It was a lovely stay. I loved seeing the view of the mountains and service was great!
Pros:

Of the main road, quiet, peaceful setting.

Cons:

Slow drain in the tub. Annoying, but not a big deal.

Great budget friendly option with nice premium features.
Pros:

Great location and very fair price. The bed was super comfortable, and the in-room hot tub is a nice feature. The check-in experience is fully digital, but with real humans on the other end who are quick to respond to your questions and check in to make sure you have a good experience.
The hotel itself does not offer breakfast, but there are a few very nice spots within walking distance (highly recommend Maggie's around the corner on the same block).

Cons:

Would have loved on-premise overnight EV chargers, but I was aware of this and there are fast charge options in 10 min radius.
