Accessible, clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast.
Everything was good
Good hotel facilities with staff onsite 24/7.
Litter in corridors dropped by uncouth guests. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary. Not your fault as bins provided.
That it was dog friendly. The areas we could sit with him for breakfast dinner and a drink were close to the other areas. Well done with that. All of the staff were smiling and helpful. Free parking and WiFi a bonus. Evening meals were tasty. Will stay again when in that area.
Nothing
We were greeted by the receptionist who was unprofessional and made disparaging about me toa group of men when I arrived and was struggling to carry bags.
She did not mention I needed to input my car registration details for the car park and I was so tired I did not want to go back out there.
One of the sinks was blocked and the facilities were basic and the bed uncomfortable and small for a double bed.
When we had breakfast another male member of staff misgendered me not once but twice then flatly refused it and I was shocked by this and have never ever experienced this from people.
It was apparent this hotel was being used to house asylum seekers to the UK and if we had known this we would not have booked to stay here.
The bacon tasted like it was plastic, the sausages were not that nice.
I would not stay here again. When I asked to complain he conveniently could not tell me the address to complain hence I am writing this review
Used express and holiday inns for years / working travel. Now not only have breakfast (included) but very good evening meals. Retired so not used so often. Very pleasantly surprised.
It was unseasonably cool and would have been nice to have more heat. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.
Breakfast fine only problem didn't have marmalade for the toast
Room was fine ,only thing without the lights on the room was too dark even with the curtains open

They have excellent breakfast, I like it, I don't dislike anything cos they have options.

The location was excellent and for the price, it was great value for money. It had everthing you needed and the breakfast was more than adequate. There were lots of continental breakfast choices (inc free from items) and a tasty cooked breakfast as well. What really stood out for us though, was the staff team. Especially Olly who checked us in. He could not do enough for us, and we’d like to pass on our thanks to him for making our stay special.
The only thing we didn’t like, was there was no bath.
