Staff was never at front desk. Swimming pool was cold to be an indoor pool. I had extra charges on my card. Called to ask about it and I got no help.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable that I slept which I never do in hotels. Evertything smelled so clean and fresh, and the a/c was located in a place in the room that did not blow directly on the bed.

Cons:

We were pleased with the room and the location. Breakfast was good. I would like to see a few gluten free options but why there are none.

I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Location, price, spacious room, large bathroom.

Cons:

Our door didn’t automatically close, we had to really push/pull it. The TV didn’t let you scroll the TV guide, kept changing inputs. Our key card would not allow us access to the pool. Breakfast was included but the food was not great.

I would not come back to this location again.
Cons:

The fridge did not work (we lost food due to being room temperature), the room was humid, the room was not cleaned during one of the days or towels replaced -- when we went to the front desk to get towels, they said the entire hotel was out of towels.

Pros:

We liked the convenient location and that they had an indoor pool as it was to be 95°+ all 5 days we were staying..( the main reason for choosing this hotel).

Cons:

When we checked in, they had a sign stating the pool was closed for repair!! We checked the sign each evening when coming back and it was finally open the last night we stayed but it was after 10pm by then , and we were unable to use it..As it was 1 of the reasons we picked this hotel, it really would have been nice to know before we booked!!
The first night, after a long 5 + hr drive, we turned down the covers to each bed (as my wife and I like our own bed ), and 1 bed had a few seemingly fresh blood stains on the sheets..so we carefully inspected the other bed and found it to be clean (hopefully) and slept together in it..we notified staff 1st thing in the morning and got an apology and housekeeping sent up to change the bloody sheets, we also asked for 1 extra towel each day and were informed they would leave a note for housekeeping to leave extras but they never did, we had to go to the front desk and ask each day..

Pros:

I liked the coffee station in the room with the Keurig, and a microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a really nice counter area. The bedding was very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but the pancakes maker was out of batter, and no employees were in sight.

Fine for one night, but will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

Location to event was nice.

Cons:

Front desk staff was not helpful. Had no towels for our room and had no idea when towels would be available. Did not offer to bring some to our room once they had towels. Lack of staff made any chance of early check in not possible at 2:35. Upon entry at 3:00 for check in, not one was at desk for almost 5 minutes due to lack of staff. Side door near pool was propped open which was a major safety concern. Dead bugs were littered throughout the pool. Will never stay in this hotel under current staffing and management.

Very comfortable but lacking in the breakfast and technology section.
Pros:

It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable!

Cons:

The breakfast was terrible and the tv’s don’t connect to the internet so I wasn’t able to watch any streaming apps; not a great selection of channels available either.
