Locatie was voor ons prima

Cons:

Na 3 jaar geleden hier ook geweest te zijn is het wel achteruit gegaan. Na eerste nacht naar andere kamer in verband met lekkage, bleek niet de eerste kamer te zijn met dit probleem in dit gedeelte van het gebouw. In andere kamer ook wat klachten maar geen zin meer om dit te melden. In de basis een prima hotel maar mijns inziens wordt het tijd om de kamers op te knappen.

Le personnel de l’accueil n’a malheureusement pas été agréable ni particulièrement sympathique. Les explications concernant l’accès au parking de l’hôtel étaient peu claires, ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps à notre arrivée.

Par ailleurs, les prestations ne correspondent pas, selon nous, au standing attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les produits de toilette étaient insuffisants et nous n’avions qu’une seule tasse pour trois personnes dans la chambre.

C’est dommage, car avec un meilleur accueil et davantage d’attention aux détails, l’expérience aurait été bien plus satisfaisante.

朝食会場スタッフが明るく感じが良かった
朝食の種類も十分な種類が揃っていた
2階の中庭で喫煙可能なのでホテルの外まで移動する必要なし
ショッピングセンター併設なので冷たいビールや軽食が入手可能
広い駐車場（ショッピングセンター）の利用が可能なので駐車に心配なし

Cons:

いつもの利用時と比較して悪かった点が多かった。
（キッチンペーパー無し、食器洗剤無し、食器洗いスポンジ無し、フォーク・スプーン・フライパンなどの常設キッチン用品が汚い、冷凍庫が霜だらけ）
依頼していないのにエキストラベッドがセットされていて狭かった
中庭の床が苔だらけで滑った
朝食会場からコーヒーを持って帰れるように紙コップが欲しかった

Gutes Übernachtungshotel für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches personal, gute Erreichbarkeit, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Betten haben einen Feuchtigkeitsschutz, der die Matratze schützen soll, aber sich anfühlt, als liege man auf direkt auf Plastik - nur getrennt durch das Leintuch. Man schwitzt im Sommer maximal.

quanndo ho prenotato ho chesto per il parcheggio perchè andavo con la macchina mi hanno risposto che ce il parcheggio dal solito il parcheggio e gratuito invece di 17€ al giorno Io devovo sapere questo prima di prenotare per me questo non ho piaceuto
