The checkin was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good as was the potato chip snack when we arrived. The location was great and walkable to the center of town. Parking was good. Really enjoyed our stay.
Everything was perfect
cute decor
The friendly staff and location are great. Quite a few repairs needed such as door knobs loose and broken shades. The breakfast was good.
Feels as though needs some upkeep done in the rooms.
This is an authentic SW experience and was very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff was wonderful! Off the plaza but well located. I especially was impressed by the art collection that is representative of the artists in the area!
Location is good. Facility is clean. Bed is comfortable.
Bathroom was pretty awful. It needed a total remodel.
Loved that the rooms were like little casitas spread across three adjacent properties with a one minute walk to reception, the cozy interior and patio areas for breakfast and hanging out. Each room was furnished differently- mine for instance had a turquoise-painted beehive fireplace. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. I was with three good friends and we hung out in the dining area several nights playing games and enjoying the wonderful pie available for a small cost to guests.
Never have I stayed anywhere before where the staff was as friendly. Treated us like family- they were wonderful!
One of us had to change rooms due to ants.
Si desayuno excelente y ubicación

The entire atmosphere, friendly staff, morning breakfast in the patio, close proximity to the Plaza, home away from home.
We can't think of a thing.
I have typically enjoyed staying at Las Palomas when I need to go to Santa Fe for meetings or errands. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are usually comfortable and clean. I appreciate that the rooms have refrigerators, since I am gluten free and vegan and always need to bring my own food.
Sadly, on this recent visit when I stayed at Las Palomas while in Santa Fe for a work meeting, I had a very disappointing experience. All was fine - until I went to exit my room to pack up and check out at about 10 am. I smelled something odd in the air as soon as I stepped out, and then I saw a jug of pesticide next to an open room door. Then a worker came out, spraying pesticide randomly at the building, plantings, etc. with no regard for people walking by. It was very irresponsible (I work in the horticulture industry and know that his actions were in violation of "best practices". Las Palomas should train their grounds staff better about the responsible use of such toxins, and better yet, they should practice "Integrated Pest Management" to minimize or eliminate the use of toxic chemicals around guests, pets, and the environment. I've already had cancer once, and don't want to get it again, so sadly, I will not be staying at Las Palomas in the future.
We chose this hotel because of its convenient location and based on past visits that we enjoyed. I have to say we were disappointed. The place just seems to be run down. We booked a deluxe one bedroom studio, which was quite spacious. However, the furnishings were shabby. The king bed was very comfy. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and there were multiple options. They also offered homemade ice
Creams each day made by Taos Cow which were all very yummy. Overall it was a pretty good visit but they could stand to invest in some more updated furnishings and freshen the place up because it is
Not inexpensive.
While the staff was very friendly, this was a very disappointing stay for us. We booked the largest casita and the pictures on the website made it seem very nice. Unfortunately, this was very misleading as the room was old, not updated, the bathroom was smal and very outdated. They didn't have a closet, just a hanging rack in the middle of the room. It was not kept up at all and we checked out early since we didn't not like it.
Breakfast was good. Good location to walk to various places.
This particular room didn't have the table and two chairs for us to sit down and eat. There was no tv in the bedroom
Lovely place. We were placed in what I would call a casita or cabana, lots of room, parked in front, very clean, great amenities, including glass glasses, always a plus. It was located across a side street and easy walk from the check-in/main building, where breakfast was served, including cooked southwest options. Staff was very helpful for our first visit to Sante Fe, especially recommendations for Tomasita's and the Plaza Cafe downtown. Easy walking to the Plaza area. Be sure to visit the state capitol, an art gallery of its own! Great place, stay here!
Breakfast was incredibly delicious! Every staff member was so kind.
