Authentic, but a bit pricey
Pros:

The location. I also enjoyed the home made breakfast. Very warm and welcoming decor. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

There were a lot of ants in our room (due to the drought) and I asked for more traps which were brought very promptly but I was a bit disappointed that reception didn't check on the situation or send housekeeping to do an additional service to sweep up all the dead ants. I don't think the ants were the hotels fault, but I think they could have done a better job following up.

Pros:

Large room more like a whole apartment. Clean and quiet. Walking distance to town. Staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. Made to order free breakfast was delicious!

Superb place to stay for Santa Fe Opera and Plaza activities.
Pros:

The best breakfast at any hotel I’ve stayed at! Great sitting area. The free parking and walking distance to the plaza made for a great stay in Santa Fe. Very easy to go to the opera. Great restaurants nearby.

Cons:

My only problem is that a bunch of ants were in my bed! They put traps when I told them and it helped especially after I brushed them out.

Well maintained property with friendly responsive staff. Excellent choice for walking.
Pros:

Very walkable location for restaurants, museums, shopping, plaza.
Quiet environment in the downtown/plaza neighborhood.
Full breakfast with multiple choices.

Cons:

Parking lot in the area assigned to our casita was short of spots for every vehicle. Returning later at night after the opera, we barely squeezed our small car into the lot. We were told about remote parking at the office, a few minutes walk away - not an appealing option as it was raining and very dark.

Disappointing! Poor value for money.
Pros:

Very convenient location

Cons:

Rooms were small and outdated. Based on reviews and price , I was expecting more. The bathroom was extremely small and poorly functioning. I don’t like seeing other peoples hairs in my bathroom.

One of the best inns we've ever stayed at. Highly recommend
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic. Both made to order and buffet items available. Special coffee drinks made on request. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Pros:

The casita was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Eddie was very helpful and made a wonderful dinner suggestion and gave us directions to the town square. The location was very quiet.

Cons:

The price was a little high but Santa Fe is expensive overall.
