Pros:

Nice apartment, clean, great location, and decent sized gym. Lovely view and lots of natural light in the living area. Milk, coffee and tea was also provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with lots of tramlines just around the corner which take you everywhere; friendly staff; interior of the apartment was nice and new;

Love the apartment arrangement. Pretty spacious, comfortable and CLIIX always made us feel like staying home. This is our third time staying at CLIIX, two in Brisbane and one in Melbourne. The service & security was excellent. I was greeted by Mrs. Kylee the manager of the apt and she was super nice and helpful. The area is in the business district in Mel and we were surrounded by great cafes! The location was superb we were 4 mins to Trams. ( free zone) Overall, we are impressed by the management of CLIIX and will recommend to everyone.

Cons:

Since we stayed in Melbourne for more than 1 week we need to use GYM and facilities for our free time. We highly recommend CLIIX to build a bigger gym and should include Sauna & Steam room (which we need in winter). Some other apartments had swimming pool.

Pros:

Nice city view from our apartment. Great location, easy walking distance around the cbd.

Cons:

One of our ceilings lights were flickering the entire stay and the bathroom extractor fan wasn’t working.

Pros:

The location is excellent with lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Access to trams and trains is also perfect. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful and reception was lovely and warm. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms are all spacious and suited our needs well.

Cons:

The bedrooms are small and there is no room to put suitcases so we kept our cases in the living room. It would be nice to have more than 4 of things like glasses, cups, cutlery etc.

Our stay was comfortable and inviting.
Pros:

I like that that staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, perfect for a family get away. The room was so quiet and did not feel like you were in the heart of Melbourne.
