Will definitely stay here again. Everything a short walk or tram ride away.
Pros:

Spacious & comfortable. Excellent views from corner room. All staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

If I had to nitpick, the couch seats 3 but we had 4 people staying.

Fun location, lovely apartments and staff.
Pros:

I love the location. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We always look forward to the high rise experience, we're often dissatisfied when we stay on the lower floors. We know this is subject to availability however and cannot be helped.

Amazing views and accommodation but needs some changes in areas

Amazing location and views of the city are breathtaking, good use of space the washer and dryer, cooker and everything fit perfectly, felt very secure and no noise

Cons:

The taps are something you should really consider changing, the one in the bathroom is to small for the sink, witch makes it hard to wash hands, also the sink didn’t drain well so I was left mopping up my own spit from brushing teeth, and the tap in the kitchen is unhinged way to powerful and hot, end up getting soaked in boiling water when doing the dishes.

The tv being where it is means you can’t watch it while you eat, and as someone who travels alone I like to watch a film with my food again no tv in the bedroom and I need background noise to sleep, ended up sleeping on the sofa 2 out of 6 nights.

The hallways smelt because of the garbage shoot next to lift. Smelt beautiful in lifts and foyer though

Secure, very clean and tidy, beautiful kitchen, very friendly and accommodating staff

Cons:

There was just one annoying issue with the aircon, it felt like it was on heat and we couldn’t fix it

Fabulous, convenient location and very comfortable size for friends getaway
Pros:

Fabulous location with trams across the road and buses around the corner. Great dining within easy walking.

Cons:

The only improvement would be to provide more equipment, cooking and storage options in the kitchen. Just OK for 2 nights but if staying longer I'd want more options so we could dine in as well.

Good location.
Pros:

Location was great. Views were good. It was clean

Cons:

Four guests and no glasses in the cupboard. Only two champagne glasses and two mugs. No drawers in any of the bedrooms.
Staff gave us the wrong bags when we went to pick them up. Our luggage had someone else’s name on them
