فندق بطراز فرنسي فاخر

الديكورات الفرنسية جميلة جداً تجدها في كل زاوية
اكل المطعم جداً لذيذ
الفطور كوزي ومتنوع
الاطلالات جداً رائعة
الموظفين جداً ودودين
يوجد سيارة تك تك تنقلك 4 مرات بالسوم الى اقرب مول او سوبرماركت

تنظيف الغرفة يمكن أن يكون أفضل وبمستوى أعلى
البركة فيها بعض الحشرات فيتوجب تنظيفها بشكل مستمر
اللوبي او الاستقبال جداً صغير
لاتوجد ماكينة قهوة!
وتتجمع فيها كمية من الشنط
ولا يوجد الا موظفين او موظف
غرفة الفاميلي روم واسعه وبها صالة لكن لاتوجد اطلاله جيده فيطل على موقف الدبابات وعزل الصوت جهة الصالة يعتبر غير جيد ولكن بالاجمال الغرفة جيدة جداً

Amazing resort
Pros:

Staff is absolutely amazing and the room is huge. I will always book into that hotel.
The other people that we were with didnot realise that no pork is served. I was happy as I donot eat Pork.
Happy hour drinks are non Alcoholic. But wow it was yummy

Un très bel hôtel au calme au coeur de Patong
Pros:

C'est un hôtel très calme à 7 minutes en voiture de Patong Beach. Il est vraiment charmant , le personnel est adorable, l'accueil, le confort de l'hôtel, la vue sur le Patong touristique. La chambre est magnifique. Les jardins sont beaux et il y a une piscine pour se rafraîchir. La plage de Patong beach et walking street sont à 7 minutes en voiture.

Cons:

Je dirai qu'il faudrait améliorer le petit déjeuner dans la mesures où c'est un 5 etoiles: il serait mieux d'avoir des jus de fruits frais et des produits plus élaborés et de meilleures viennoiseries. La cuisine ferme trop tôt en soirée : 20 heure pour la dernière commande c'est trop tôt . Et je dirai qu'une serviette rafraîchissante aurait été la bienvenue à notre arrivée. Il y a des navettes proposées pour Patong Beach et les centres commerciaux.

הכל היה מושלם הבריכה הצמודה לחדר הכי מפנק

מיקום המלון קושי לאין ערוך לרדת ולעלות למלון , המיקום שלו מאוד בעייתי ובנוסף ההסעה מהמלון למרכז העניינים הינו לכוון אחד בלבד מה שהקשה על החזרה , כל המלונות במרחב יש להם הסעות וחזרה למלון אומנם בשעות קבועות אבל זה מאוד אפקטיבי .

There's better hotels around, stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Room was very grotty, marks all overs the walls and stains also. It's up a fairly steep hill so if you struggle with walking at elevation I wouldn't recommend. Upon arrival I was told they required a 3000 baht security deposit and that they would only accept cash. Pretty annoying for this not to have been advised prior as I would have ensured I had the necessary cash on me, no explanation was provided for why they wouldn't accept a card transaction like every other hotel does. Missed out on a tax-free purchase because they were holding my physical passport until I could go to an ATM to withdraw the cash. Breakfast is pretty bad, only had basic coffee machines and pastries were stale. Quite a limited selection. Bed is very creaky, I woke up multiple times from the noise. The pool is good but slightly annoying that there is no way to order drinks or food to a poolside table like every other hotel. Other guests were very noisy so I'm glad I was only there for a few nights. Hotel is pretty but that's about the only redeeming factor.

Amazing property if you looking to spend time in hotel
Pros:

Very beautiful, antic looking heritage property, super clean and well maintained

Slope up the property is quite steep and not easy to walk
